It is ideal for exploring the city by foot. Good bus and taxi connections, and near a tram stop. There is a 24-hour public parking lot just a few meters from the apartment.

The house is on the outskirts of the village of San Bartolomé de Tirajana: "Tunte". Originally it was a house and a barn for animals with the typical construction of the time in the Canarian rural areas, with thick stone walls. The house, due to its wide walls and open common spaces, is cool in summer and cozy in winter, although it has air conditioning and a wood-burning fireplace.
