the house was really great, despite the very hot weather - all the aircons worked perfectly. Our dog was allowed inside the house which I really loved. My only issue is the common CR upstairs as it kind of smelled the entire time. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away and the clubhouse with the restaurant is about a 3 minute walk. Perfect for those looking for peaceful and worry free stay.

The place was spacious and very beautiful. The sleeping area was more than enough for our family of 10. We were able to settle well and the pool was also big. The place was walkable to the beach and we were able to swim both in the beach and the pool with no issues. There are also billiards table and the karaoke machine available and ready to use. It was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed the experience. Just watch out for the electricity which was turning on and off for a bit at night during our stay but the backup generator was able to provide us electricity immediately after. But overall experience, the place is great and we will definitely be back again. Thank you!

Our stay at Elena’s place was beyond what we had in mind! I had booked the same day and Elena was very quick to respond. My questions were answered to the point and there were no misunderstandings whatsoever. When we arrived at the place, Kuya Robin was very accommodating and welcoming to the place. He made it clear that he was just next door if we had any questions or worries, which gave us a peace of mind. Overall, I would recommend this beautiful place to anyone! Small or large gatherings, you will surely find this place one of a kind.

Nice and spacious! We enjoyed the place esp the kids! The pool, TV, the aircon, the kitchen, everything added up to our whole experience. Caretaker was thorough and responsive as well.

We had a good Christmas Eve here; the event area with pool side is the best selling point for me. We’ve made a lot of fun activities which require a huge space. Resorts staff were very accommodating, the pool is clean with jacuzzi on the side. The rooms were clean, bedsheets and toilet were clean too. Will recommend this gem to my friends.

The size is large for group gatherings, pool is great size, and water is warm. There are plenty of outdoor tables and chairs, so it’s hreat for hosting parties I supposed. There are 4 bedrooms in bungalow, with 1 toilet. There are outdoor toilets and showers as well next to the 2nd pool. As for the wifi, it didnt work. There is pool table and videoke as alternative entertainment. Kitchen is a bit dusty and cabinets outdated.

We had a great time at Fabrice's resort. The place is clean, spacious, and relaxing. The pool was amazing—both the adult and kiddie pools were clean and well-kept. There were plenty of indoor games like billiards and darts to keep us entertained. The host was very hands-on and approachable. Highly recommended for a fun and peaceful getaway!

We stayed at the villa for one night with our family group of 35 people, and overall, it was truly worth it. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. It exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and ambiance. The rooms were clean and cozy, the amenities were complete, and the common areas were perfect for bonding and relaxation. One thing we noticed, however, was that the beach area had quite a bit of trash scattered around. It would be great if the management or local authorities could regularly clean the shoreline to match the beauty of the villa. Despite that, the view of the sea was still beautiful, especially during sunset. We really appreciated how the villa could comfortably accommodate a large group like ours. There were enough facilities and spaces for everyone to enjoy, whether for lounging, dining, or just hanging out. It’s definitely a great spot for reunions or group getaways. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we’ll comeback!

We enjoyed the place for family party. The staffs are super accommodating. Small hustle with the sound system/microphone. Overall, the place is homey and cosy.

Tirta Spring Villas is a gem few hours away from the metro it was a very short stay but my family really loved the place. It was comfy and homey everything is clean modern and i cant really say more! Our short stay should have been a long stay! definitely will come back!

The entire family truly enjoyed the beautiful place, clean and the friendly staff. The place is spacious and convenient for all especially to the elderly who needed to stay at the first level bedroom. Our New Year’s Eve was so much fun! The only thing was there were no extra blankets for the pull out beds. They were so cold during the night and ended up turning off the AC. So just an advice bring your own blankets if you’re planning to use the pull out beds. Otherwise the place was perfect. Thank you so much for accommodating us. Rest assured we are going to reserve the resort in the future again.

Our mini reunion was one for the books primarily because of this Airbnb! Everybody commented on how nice the place is. The accommodation is big enough to fit 17 pax, with each family having their own rooms. The heated pool was the star of the event, and the caretakers were really kind, helpful, and proactive. Just a few comments for improvement. The host is friendly and accommodating however response time could still improve. Place is pet-friendly, but it would have been more nice if there is no pet fee anymore. We also think plates should be included as well, and it was a bit bummer to see the rice pot unwashed and with old rice debris inside. But other than that, we highly recommend the place and would book again in the future :)

The place exceeds over and beyond our expectations. It’s a haven for family bonding. The kids and the olds will not run out of things to do and explore. Whether you plan to have fun and experience the beauty and calmness of nature,,this is the perfect place to be. We will definitely come back and recommend this gorgeous home away from home.

What you see is what you get. Malinis, maganda. Maaliwalas yung buong resort. Excellent for our company outing. Minor problem lang is yung tiles, madulas pag basa. Kailangan lang talaga mag doble ingat. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended! 👍🏼

We had a great stay over the weekend with my family for my dad's birthday. The place is clean, peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The host was also very responsive to my queries and their caretaker was accommodating, making sure that we have everything we needed. The beach is nearby but we had to crossover to the other part of the residences which is just 5 mins away by car. Wish we could've stayed longer! Highly recommended this for anyone looking for a comfy and quiet getaway. :)

The place is perfect for family/barkada trips. It’s exclusive so you can enjoy the peace and at the same time, have fun without bothering the neighborhood. There are spaces for bonfire, kubo, pool and outdoor dining in addition to the impressive space and architecture of the house. We think it could improve a little more on its cleanliness. Also, there were few times we encountered unpleasant odor outdoor. Anyway, these can easily addressed with proper/regular cleaning and do not outweigh our great experience in the place.

Lovely stay! Home was close to the mall and equipped with everything from the swimming pool to the PS5 and games—perfect to keep the whole family entertained. Would love to visit again.
