We give our customers a fully structured and complete apartment with air-conditioning. We live in a neighborhood ATTACHED to downtown Gramado. We live on a very quiet cul-de-sac and offer 2 private parking spaces for 4 apartments. It takes about 4 minutes by car and about 15 minutes on foot, where at the end of this street there is a staircase that connects the access towards the central neighborhood. Family atmosphere, where we give our partners privacy and freedom with a beautiful view of the city and sunset.
