Left side of Driveway or street parking. WIFI, TV with Netflix Airport and city are 15-20 mins drive away. 10 mins walk to bus stops and restaurants 5 mins drive to major facilities. linen, towels, blanket, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, well equipped kitchenette No Laundry facilities but we live at the back and happy to help.

Welcome to Lesmurdie - Perth Hills. Our Guest house is located at a quiet culdesac road, 25min from Perth City Center. Within a short walk, you´ll reach a bus stop, the local IGA, bottle shop & restaurants/take away The unit is separate to the main house with a large bedroom (Queen), bathroom & big fully equipped kitchen. There is parking right next to the unit. The laundry facilities are outside. If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, but saying this we do have 2 boys (8&5):-)

Enjoy this bush block and the nearby nature reserves, listen to the cockatoos amongst the gum trees or the odd duck on the dam. Fall asleep to the frog song and wake to the kookaburra calls. Take a torch out and look for the many possums and quendas amongst some of the old ruins. This charming getaway is close to the city but has the benefits of being in the bush. There is a picnic basket and rug available for your convenience. Note: There is some road noise at peak periods if windows open.
