South-facing townhouse on the edge of Lake St Etienne in Cantales with private pontoon (possibility of mooring boat or jet ski...) at the bottom of the garden. 2 canoes available. Salt pool (irritant to the eyes) heated by a private jacuzzi heat pump under the pool. Large bay window facing south overlooking the garden. Numerous activities on site or around ( beaches, beach volleyball, fishing, aqua park, canoeing, sailing, tourist villages...) not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Écogîte Lalalandes Aveyron

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Nestled in the heart of unspoiled nature, Luc is a haven of peace, ideal for relaxing in peace. This 200 ha estate is full of charm, between meadows and forests for hiking and oxygenating. In the middle of the stone buildings, the house we offer is composed, on the ground floor of a large living room with open kitchen, on the 1st floor of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower; on the 2nd floor, 2 large bedrooms and a small one as well as a bathroom with bathtub.

Lanobre (1400 inhabitants) with all its shops (food, bakery, bars, restaurant, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser etc...) offering many water activities with the Bort les Orgues dam, come and discover the Chateau de Val, village of Salers, the Bourboule, Mont Dore, hiking, the mountain (Puy de Sancy etc...), you won't be disappointed!!! So we're waiting for you!!!

Located on the Espinet peninsula, the cottage is independent with 2 bedrooms, on 5000m2 fenced, 300m from the lake of St Étienne Cantales, in a peaceful and green environment, quiet, without vis-à-vis.
