The house is very beautiful and well decorated, and also has all the features you need. It has hot and cold air conditioning in all rooms, which makes it pleasant to use in winter or summer. The condominium to which the house belongs is a separate case. It is visually very pleasant (pool area and fake beach) and has plenty of things to do with children (thermal pool, activity courts). I highly recommend the property.

The house is better than in the pictures, the gourmet space is surprising, the cleaning and organization of the place as well, the rooms with quality and very well sanitized mattresses. Eron is a friendly, kind person, received us very well, gave tips of places and was always very helpful.

Our stay was wonderful! We travelled me, my husband and two children and the condominium had everything we needed to spend time with activities for the children. it has a wonderful little pig, thermal pool for the rainy days, artificial beach, plus a great restaurant. we don't need to leave the condominium for nothing! The house was impeccable, clean, organized, with all the utensils we needed! Another high point was the service and communication with Everton. A very dear, helpful, attentive host. We responded very quickly and was extremely helpful in everything we need. I highly recommend! Indico and we will be back for sure!

Great stay! The apartment is well located, exactly as described in the listing and photos. Close to everything, right in the center. The only negative point is the parking space. I chose to leave the car in the street in front and it was fine (all the surroundings have security cameras). We will definitely recommend and return. Roberta is always agile and solicitous in her service. We were very happy with the choice.

Fábio was very helpful, the day before the Trip and the Check in, sent the location and all the necessary recommendations, thus being easy to locate and enjoy. The site and the location are perfect, with a market close to the beach. Apartment with cozy space for up to 6 people, clean and with a wonderful sea view.

The accommodation was very good. The apartment is as well as in the pictures and Rennan always responded very quickly. Super recommend hosting. As a suggestion, the kitchen could have some more items, such as a toaster and pizza utensils. Beach chairs could be larger.
