On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Brand new heated salt water pool was just completed April 2022. Our home is close to family-friendly activities, restaurants, & Bay block. My place is good for families and big groups. Walking distance to Harpoon’s and one block walk from AMAZING sunset views!! Close to wineries, breweries & distilleries. We are also Dog friendly and have a dog friendly beach block. (200/per dog non-refundable, fee is not included with booking). Pick up after dog or there will be additional fees.
