This property is the best holiday house I have ever been into in Australia. Top notched, meticulous design, warm and high end house.

This house is a hidden gem in San Remo. The house is so cosy and comfortable, we had an enjoyable long weekend there. The pool is electrically heated so as to make your stay even more comfortable. The host is very proactive and communicates really well.Thank you folks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

My family and I had an amazing time at this place! The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need close by. The amenities are top-notch, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court, a restaurant, and much more. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

An absolutely lovely house, couldn't fault it. We had 3 couples staying and it was more than large enough to accommodate us all. Also great to have a bathroom each. It is in a great location, being an easy walk to both the shops and the pier. Lovely and quiet. Excellent communication from the hosts.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We stayed at Joanne’s place previously and loved our stay so much we couldn’t wait to come back, so we did! Our stay the second time around was just as blissful. Joanne’s home is beautiful, roomy, clean and with all the amenities you could need to be comfortable and enjoy your holiday. Joanne is always communicative and responsive. The location really is super special and the perfect spot for adventures and is amongst nature, but also only a short drive to dining and shops. Our kids have loved each stay and we’re looking forward to coming back hopefully in the near future. Thanks again Joanne.

Downstairs is luxurious and spacious. Upstairs has expansive views and water glimpses. Upstairs bathrooms a bit dated, but very functional. A great setup for our party of 8 across 3 generations

This house was incredible, words can’t describe how lovely it was. The views were amazing. It was well stocked with absolutely everything you need. We loved that it was only a 10 min walk to the Pub, cafes and beach and that our furry friend could holiday with us too. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation and would love to return.

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. We had a wonderful stay at Matt's home in Cape Coolamai. It was like our home away from our home, with everything we could ever need with 4 families staying together. All the bedrooms were furnished well, bathrooms spotless. The bedrooms were easy to work with options for kids or adults. All amenities and appliances worked perfectly and we had all the luxuries to make our trip truly memorable. Highly recommend for families, you can't look past Matt's home. We had a lovely weekend staying in this fabulous beach shack. The bedding and furniture are hotel standard and the kitchen has everything you would need. I had a strum on the guitar and the kids loved the trampoline. We were so close to the Wooli Tavern where we had dinner when we got in late on Friday. All in all a great stay and would come back again.

This is a beautiful rustic authentic place to stay, lovingly preserved and restored, in glorious surroundings.

Anne's house in Cape Woolami was great. It was clean, comfortable and easy to find. Short walk to the Woolami village and easy drive to the beach. Looking forward to returning in Summer.

We had such a lovely and cozy stay at this place! The home is beautifully designed with lots of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It’s also very well insulated—we stayed warm and comfortable throughout, even on chilly days. The kitchen was especially impressive, fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our meals. We truly appreciated all the little details and care that went into preparing the space. Highly recommended!

Our family with 3 young kids truly enjoyed our stay at the Oceanview house. The house was exactly like the photos. I loved how intuitive the kitchen was designed, and the living space was just so comfortable for everyone. What’s the bonus is the amazing ocean view plus easy access to the beach which our kids loved. Also, I loved how thoughtful Josh was to turn on the heater before our arrival. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Phillip island next time.

We had a lovely week long stay at Saylor's Rest. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and we felt right at home. Our 3 year old was very excited about her whale bed and had lots of fun playing with the toys and reading the books. The home is in a great location - close to all the attractions, and down the road from the beach and shops. Kelly and Davina were wonderful hosts - very responsive with helpful local suggestions. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Phillip Island!

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

Sarah's home is just...awesome! Stylish, clean, comfortable. Plenty of room for the seven of us, inside and outside. The fireplace and fire pit were greatly appreciated and so was the turn table with great records (it gave us the opportunity to pay an homage to Brian Wilson). Location is good, about 5 minutes walk from the beach, 900m from supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Really a great find, one of the best Airbnb I stayed in, I definitely recommend Sarah's Casa Malese.

Cosy place to spend the long weekend. Perfect space for my little family. Had everything we needed and was clean and nicely styled. The sheets and towels were super luxe, kitchen well stocked (plenty of pods for the coffee machine!) and the garden was fun to explore. Surroundings are peaceful and close to the beach, koala park and Phillip Island. I recommend Euro Eats in Grantville for some delicious Greek food, and Bassine Cheeses is worth a visit too. Hope to be back soon!

Our first family holiday to Phillip Island was made that much more comfortable staying in such a homely accommodation! everything was clean, cosy and easily accessible. Amanda was so lovely and helpful, very responsive and kind. thank you for offering such a wonderful place to stay, it definitely felt like home away from home and will definitely be returning on our next visit!

Beautiful place. Nicely decorated. Easy to check in. Fully equipped kitchen. Has a nice Nespresso machine. Heated flooring for toilet. Smeg kettle and knives. Includes Netflix on tv! Backyard has a nice lemon tree filled with lemons. Overall a beautiful place.

Our family loved staying at the Barefoot Beach House - the house contained everything that needed for a family stay (the caravan cubby was a huge hit with the kids) and there was plenty of space to spread, but still be connected. Location so close to the beach was amazing. Definitely a place to return to!

Fantasticly renovated Island Property. Super quiet street, so very close to the Beach. Cute little nods to the Old House within the aesthetic. Just such a lovely place to relax or use as a base to wander around the Island. Had the most amazing time.
