This is hands down my number one stay in Asunción. The flat is huge, beautiful, and super comfortable, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The house itself looks amazing, and the people living there are all really nice. The staff is helpful whenever you need something, and John, the host, is great—friendly, quick to reply, and easy to deal with. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays—pans, a big fridge with freezer, water kettle, and more. The neighborhood around the house is also nice and feels safe. I liked it so much I extended my stay right after the first night. Already looking forward to coming back in the future.

This unit was perfect for us! Our need was to be within walking distance of family, to be near businesses like grocery stores, and to have access to ASA (American School of Asuncion). Use of Uber made all travel within the city easy. The building's security people were very helpful and polite, and Natalia has decorated the unit with some of her wonderful art.

great spot for short stay. has everything you need and Jorge very responsive. enabled an early check in. building never gave me a code to get in and out which was a bit annoying but security let me in everytime

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need to be comfortable, the location is excellent. A short distance from shopping centers and restaurants. Paola was in contact and attentive during our stay. He always responded quickly. I recommend his place without a doubt, we'll be back soon!

My husband and I stayed at Mauro's Airbnb and we loved it, we were impressed with the cleanliness and the view from the balcony. Everything is impeccable and the sunset is breathtaking. We went to resolve documentation and the location was great for what we needed, relatively close to the center and the malls. The Wi-Fi is great, the air conditioning works for cold and hot. We were very happy and satisfied with the accommodation and recommend it.

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

Everything is impeccable! The place is super cozy, you feel at home. Analia is a wonderful and charming person, always attentive. The reception staff are always friendly and pleasant. I recommend Analia's apartment 200% and when I return to Paraguay I will definitely stay there again. Besides, everything is close. 😊💫
