The house is very nice and comfortable, by car you are very close to everything, in Uber too, walking not so much but it is about 10/15 blocks from bars or restaurants (it is also not much). The back of the house is beautiful, I went with a group of friends and we were very comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Elisa is very friendly and is always available

the accommodation is as described in the photos, a spacious house with a very good pool patio and quincho. There were 12 of us and we were very comfortable. Daniel is always ready to solve any problem

The place felt very welcoming and so was Pilar. We only spent one night but the apartment had everything you need for a longer stay and was in a great and peaceful neighborhood. If we come back to Córdoba, we will definitely stay here again!

By far our preferred place to stay every time we travel to Córdoba. The house is wonderful, and also my dear Lili is undoubtedly the best host of all. It's a perfect mix. We are super grateful for everything, and of course we will come back. Thousand percent recommended!!

A beautiful apartment with a spectacular view and in a strategic location

The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, everything in it is clean and very well located. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with many and varied businesses, bars and confectionaries. The terrace and pool are great to take advantage of the hot days, very clean water and everything cared for. Not to mention Carina!!! Very kind, attentive and willing that nothing is missing and you feel the best. It's a place I would always come back to, I felt it as a great investment.

Our stay at Alicia's was amazing. House had everything we needed and more. It was super stocked and every detail was thought out fondly - from children's towels and plastic cups for our son, to some complimentary food waiting for us when we arrived. The beds were a dream: soft sheets, pillows that fit perfectly, and a spectacular mattress. We sleep better than ever. Alicia is a loving person, super attentive, always making sure we are comfortable. The garden is beautiful and the area, safe and quiet, ideal for getting around with boys. We would love to stay with her again. If I could, I would give it a thousand stars. Thank you for everything Alicia!

The apartment is small and does not have as much light but as we enjoy the days outside, we pass it super :) the kitchen and the apartment has everything to cook and be comfortable. It was good that we could keep our van in the parking lot. Thank you :)

The location is excellent, especially if you go to Ciudad Universitaria: it is very close and the area is quiet and safe. The accommodation is as shown in the photos, clean and comfortable, ideal for a short stay. It's not super-equipped, but it meets the needs to rest and be calm. The bed is comfortable and the WiFi worked very well throughout the stay. The host was very nice and always responded quickly to our inquiries. Overall, a good experience. We recommend it.

gorgeous place! 10/10 cleanliness. Very rich wood smell, everything was clean, there was not a single speck of dust flying around. The bathroom was impeccable, there was no smell of dampness, tartar, or anything strange. Excellent location: Güemes is beautiful. We came to Cordoba for a friend's birthday and the bar was a block away. 10/10 apartment: very good thermal insulation, good views, good heating, plenty of natural light, good hot water and water pressure. Very quiet too. I loved it! I would come back. Highly recommended!!

It's not usual for me to leave comments, but I want to point out that the place is excellent, Javier too, everything was super pleasant and correct, both directions and what I found in the place. And more, there was coffee, powdered milk, sugar, etc., as well as supplies to use the washing machine. From the reception, which the building manager kindly gave us, to our departure, everything was excellent. Don't hesitate to book. The place is in the center, close to everything. I would repeat the place if necessary. The apartment is beautiful and very, very comfortable! In addition to having heating and good hot water! We went to spend a weekend in Córdoba capital and José, from the beginning, provided us with an itinerary of activities to do to get to know different points of attraction of the city. In turn, the apartment was super comfortable in terms of space and everything we could use in it to accompany our stay It is worth mentioning that José attended to us with remarkable warmth Undoubtedly, every time we go to the capital, your apartment will be our choice. Excellent stay, we had in the apartment. It has everything to be comfortable and feel "at home": bedding with extra sets, TV in both rooms and fast wifi; and everything works as it should in the kitchen and in general. We appreciate the attention to details such as the decoration (it has an aura of relaxation and exquisite comfort), the fragrances and products available such as tea, coffee and yerba and hygiene (much appreciated by a traveler). Important detail: it has heating by boiler and radiators, an excellent solution for when it is cold. We loved the neighborhood, there are businesses of all kinds around and it is less than 10 minutes from downtown by car. We took night walks (12am) every day and felt very safe. And finally, Sol “is a sun” with a very good disposition to respond. 100% recommended.
