Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Vila Dirce

Passionate about this place: super cozy and romantic. The decor is perfect and beautiful! Ah, Karina , Adriana and Mel's cuteness were excellent hosts and provided us with an incredible experience.

What an amazing space! There's no better definition for this accommodation. I booked the space for a birthday party, and I was able to accommodate just over 30 people (including guests and buffet staff). From the beginning of the reservation, I had an excellent interaction with Ana and her daughter Vitória. They even offered a lot of support to the buffet staff. The place is easily accessible, close to SP at Km21, we had no difficulty with traffic or with the arrival. Still, we received detailed instructions from Ana that made the arrival even easier. Finally, it is noted that it is an extremely well cared for, well-equipped space, which conveys in the details the affection and zeal of the hosts. I loved the space, the guests loved it and we all had a wonderful afternoon/evening!

The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was perfect and communication with Víctor was excellent. 100% recommended!

The house is very spacious, wide, easily accessible and safe. With older and rustic furniture, but also very comfortable sofas. Ifood had great food options, and the kitchen is super well equipped, the difference was having the dishwasher.

The host calls it a refuge? Wow, that's right, a quiet place, super pet friendly, a large enclosed space, it has everything, nothing is missing, a hot shower, a delicious hammock, calm from the entrance to the exit. That was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. Space for pets where we would be relaxed with them running and us feeling the peace of that place... I'll be back... Beautiful house... Check-in and check-out were very nice too

The house is a delight! Everything was super tidy and clean. The general structure and leisure spaces were the differential to spend good moments of tranquility and enjoy as a family as we wanted! The surrounding nature gives the feeling that you are far from São Paulo. And the view from the windows of the room looks like pictures. In addition to the environment we love, Roni is also a great host… I always request and available! And the housekeeper was also super receptive and dear to us! I recommend your stay :)

This was one of the best stays I've ever had! I had very cold days, the heater and bathrobe provided by Aline were very useful at night. I had planned to cook during my stay and found all the utensils I needed, the kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom was also one of the differentials, it is very large and has a wonderful shower. My only point of attention was regarding the lighting of the condominium, I had difficulties finding the house in the dark, I recommend that you check in earlier and when leaving, I left a light on to facilitate access to the house. Aline was a very attentive, polite and helpful host, gave tips on places to visit, helped me solve a problem I had here on the platform and helped with driver referrals. They were incredible days with a lot of nature, silence, comfort and even a visit from a marmoset.

Beautiful apartment, with an amazing renovation, super functional. The perfect location with everything nearby, bakeries, market, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, Ibirapuera Park on foot! I'd love to come back!

The property is a good size for two people and has good solutions for using the space. The night view is incredible and worth being in the trip records. The condominium where it is located (All Aclimação) has a good structure and is quite new and organized. Regarding the neighborhood, I had never stayed in Aclimação, in São Paulo, but it will be my base from now on. The surroundings of the property are very peaceful and the temperature is milder than in the rest of the city.

Second time staying at this place. Great location, near the airport. Clear communication with hosts. I would like to highlight the parking space, which I think is a good differential. I recommend it!

The apartment is excellent, well-equipped, super clean and well-decorated. I loved staying there… the garage is excellent and in the surroundings we have access to restaurants, produce and shopping.

The house is amazing, maybe even better than the photos. Very wide, beautiful, with various leisure items, plenty of bedding. Unfortunately we were unable to use the ofurô for setbacks that did not allow it to work. Excellent cost-beneficio and very close to SP!

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The hosts were very responsive and welcoming and collaborated so that I had the best possible hosting. OKsana responded to all my msgs quickly and kindly. And Ary gave me a ride twice so I can get around the place! The house is big, like all other rooms. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and clean. The shower was hot with easy temperature setting. The bed was comfortable and the warm blankets with a balcony overlooking the green as shown in the photos. O It was a very pleasant stay and I just have to say thank you!

Nikolas' house is a great place to spend time in Sao Paulo. The village where the house is located is quiet and full of privacy, in a location that is one of the best possible - very close to the subway, good restaurants and bars. And Nikolas is a great host, super polite and proactive for any issue you need. I recommend 100%.

Second time staying at the home of Carolina and Pablo. The condominium is safe, very close to São Paulo, making it an easy getaway for good times. The house is beautiful, has different spaces that allow different activities, for those who need silence/privacy and for those who want to enjoy TV/swimming pool without getting in the way. Even on a cold, rainy day, the jacuzzi was perfect for fun with friends. The house is well equipped, the number of rooms serves a lot of people who do not want to rent spaces that only work with bunk beds. Communication with Pablo and Tatiana was easy, fast and efficient. I recommend and hope to come back!
