Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. This is a one bedroom apartment in an 8-unit apartment building near downtown. This is a fully-furnished unit with wifi and a tv, but no cable. You can use your own streaming accounts while here, but make sure to sign out before you leave. We provide a window AC and fan in the summer and have in-wall heat for winter months. The building is really old, but has been refinished. The "yard" is unmanicured and is shared with all guests/tenants. The apartment itself is very comfortable.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals.
