Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Enjoy the nature right next to lake Torskabotte in Tollered. Rent a small cozy lakehouse, on your own half island with everything you may need for a calm and harmonic get away. Perfect for two. Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.

Close to restaurants, local shop, bakery, crab fishing, soccer field, beaches, golf, tennis, kayaking, sauna etc. Here is everything you need to relax while full of activities. Fully equipped kitchen. No wifi but coverage for 4G is good. Bed for 4-5 adults. 3 beds are 90 cm wide and 2 beds are 120 cm wide. NOTE: Tenant brings own sheets, towels and cleans himself.

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
