This upscale Beach House is ON THE BEACH in a quiet & secluded area of Cozumel Island only 150 feet from the caribbean sea. Breathtaking views await you. You will have all the comforts of home: Bose sound system, Netflix and Wifi... bring your work with you and stay for a while! We have beach clubs on to the left and right of us. You will not have to walk far for food and drinks. On the roof is a party palapa, which you have full access too. It is shared with the other condo in the building.

Beautiful Penthouse on the 15th floor of the tallest building in the island, allowing a unique amazing view of the Caribbean Sea! This is the perfect condo for a family vacation. The condo is a large three bedroom with an excellent view and location (only 5-10 minutes from town). The private beach is never crowded and the snorkeling directly off the condo is excellent.
