IrishThatched farm cottage. Private rural retreat

DebbieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Traditional thatched roof cottage with lots of charm. Sonia gave us some history of the cottage upon arrival. the setting was beautiful! The roses were divine! The thatched roof was why we booked, the setting was worth the stop, and the water pressure was outstanding, possibly the best in all of Ireland. Sonia is a delightful host and her live of the property shows.

Granite Cottage Ballasalla

We had a great time staying at the ranch – it's an awesome and unique place that really added to the travel experience. The vibe was fun and relaxing throughout. The only downside was the presence of some spiders and webs around the area, but overall, it didn’t take away from the enjoyable stay.

An Teach Beag, Log Cabin

LeoRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay in Cobh at Brenda and Edward’s cabin was absolutely lovely. Nestled on their charming family farm, the cabin offered the perfect peaceful retreat. Brenda and Edward were incredibly gracious hosts, welcoming us with warm conversation and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. The cabin itself was beautifully maintained and full of character, with a great selection of games that made our evenings cozy and fun. One of the standout details was the generous offer of fresh veg and eggs for breakfast. This stay was truly one of the highlights of our trip, and we will definitely be recommending Edward and Brenda’s cabin to friends and family. It was everything we had hoped for and more.

Frontline Beach bungalow facing Marina/saltees

CiaraRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Patricia was an excellent host. Super responsive at all times. The cottage is without doubt the best location in Kilmorequay. The views onto the beach are just spectacular. Sitting on the terrace at night just listening to the waves was amazing. The cottage was very clean. Beds very comfortable with great quality bed linen. Make sure to check out Mary Barry’s restaurant in the next village over (Complimentary bus service over and back). I can’t wait to come back. Thank You.

Beautiful lakeside home

ClaireRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed two nights and wish we had stayed for two weeks! The house and gardens were beautiful and had everything we could need, and probably more. Loads of toys and an outdoor play area for kids, we didn’t even need to bring travel cots. The house is really private and peaceful, it’s about 5 minutes drive to Garrykennedy harbour. Really recommend for a group with kids.

The hosts are friendly and helpful when we checked in. We feel at home straight away. I found it really amazing how they put altogether to a small lovely cabin that has everything you need. We live in the city and I miss the tranquility of the place so we’re definitely coming back next time😊

Unique Tourist experience. Location 2min to Rock.

JulieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Beautiful house with everything you could ask for. Lucy met us and was so welcoming. The place was clean and all appliances and furniture were all very modern. The beds are to die for. Huge beds and so very comfortable. Can park your car at the driveway so was safe. Two chairs and a table in the rear garden with a washing line Using the hot water and heating was so simple to put on when needed. Had a little bit of a problem turning the television and satellite to the right channels but got there. Perhaps a small ‘how to do’ leaflet would be helpful. All the kitchen appliances are cutlery/plates were there and were beautiful. Two big showers and WC (one upstairs and one downstairs). Basically everything you needed was here. Dominic Street is a very quiet road and plenty of space to park your car on the driveway. Everything was a 2 minute walk. Fantastic views of the Rock of Cashel from the house. Seamus and Lucy, thank you very much for a wonderful stay. You have both been fantastic
