Host was super nice and responsive. The room was just as described, and it was in such a great location! Just a 5 minute (if that) drive to downtown, and there were several shops and restaurants that were right on the same strip with us that we could just walk to. Being able to sit outside on the patio furniture was also really nice, it’s always my fave when a place has that type of set up

place was clean upon arrival ,very cute place enjoyed the complimentary coffee and oatmeal and waters that were provided,the host messaged me the next morning after check in to see if we needed anything would stay here again.

It was such a cute and cozy space! And it was all at a great price. Couldn’t have asked for better!

The room was even better than I thought it would be! It was so clean and there was even oatmeal set out for me as a snack and two waters, which was so amazing because when I was craving a snack and a drink, it was there for me!The bed was just as comfortable as a five star hotel I sunk into it! The big TV was great and it is in a wonderful location and also peaceful!

My husband and I stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. It provided an affordable and convenient location that was comfortable. The staff at Stonegate were quick to respond when our coffee machine wasn’t working and was prompt in all other replies.

We loved our quick stay at Stonegate. Everything was just as described and there were little added touches - water in the fridge and oatmeal for breakfast. The room was spotless! My husband even commented multiple times about how clean the room smelled. Last, I noticed the attention to detail. I scrolled through many reviews prior to booking and noticed a couple of ‘complaints’ - no hairdryer or a USB charging cable. To our surprise, they had both. We will definitely stay here again!

I was really skeptical of what this place would be like given how inexpensive it was. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was clean and the fire pits were nice to sit by in the evening. The hosts were very responsive. I really enjoyed our stay. I hope to stay again in the future!

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be back!

Beautiful space in a great location! Our go-to spot when we travel to Eureka Springs!

We stayed for just one night and never saw anyone else. The suite is very private. Also large! And charming. It was a 20 minute flat walk on sidewalks to downtown. Flat terrain and streets with sidewalks aren't things to take for granted in Eureka Springs. It was a great location for exploring the town. I wish we could have enjoyed the deck but the weather didn't cooperate.

The condo was comfortable, well decorated, very clean, great location within walking distance from downtown, easily accessible and private! The price was well worth it and will be back! Fatima was very helpful and gave great instructions. Would absolutely recommend!

We had a great time in Eureka Springs. The Brownstone Inn was the perfect location for a quick walk to town. Fatima provided several great recommendations of local places to try that really gave us a feel for the town.

Loved spending our Saturday at the lodge by the pool! The room was, clean, comfortable and decorated super cute. We had everything we needed. The retro fridge and microwave were a nice touch. 10/10 would recommend The Disco food truck next door was also a 10/10. Get the birria tacos or the Reuben, you’ll thank me later!

We had a wonderful stay at Penny’s Place. It is in a very peaceful location with a great forest view. Lots of birds! Even though it is a center unit- it was still very quiet and private. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with quality pots, pans, dishes, and cooking and eating utensils. Both a Keurig and regular coffee pot- with coffee included. Starter shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and bath soap. Unit was super clean and bed was extremely comfortable. It is about a 15 minute drive to downtown Eureka Springs- just the right distance to be away from the busy tourist area! Definitely recommend!

My wife and I love coming to Eureka and this is the perfect little spot to stay. It's within walking distance to almost everything and was pretty quiet for being so close to the center of town. It has plenty of room for a couple and was very clean and the host provides a list of spots to visit and places to eat in case this is your first time visiting. This is not any fault to the host, but the bed was a little too soft for me, but I have back issues and require a firm mattress. With that being said, we take a trip to Eureka every yesr and this will be where we stay from now on. Do yourself a favor and book this little cottage, you will be glad you did.

Being located right off Basin Spring Park was perfect! I'll be looking to book this unit again for future Eureka Springs events.

Very nice and was as advertised. We arrived early and they were quickly responsive and ready for us. It was our 50th wedding anniversary, and enjoyed the jacuzzi tub after a day of walking

This has to be the best Air BnB I’ve ever stayed at. If secluded and private are your thing then this is the spot for you. We loved sitting in the hot tub under the moon and stars listening to all things in the night. The house is supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals. All you have to do is buy the food. Truly felt as if we were at our home away from home. We will definitely book again when in the area.

Nice location, far enough out of town to not be too busy and loud, but still just close enough. Super peaceful, clean and quaint. We will definitely return.

Beautiful surroundings and great place to stay

Beautiful location and a great stay at the Benton Place Inn. Most everything was walkable during our 4 day stay. Would definitely recommend here, and would stay here again!

I had an amazing stay! The space was absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. From the comfortable furnishings to the stylish decor, it was the perfect place to relax and feel at home. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. The location was also ideal—quiet, yet close to everything I needed. Overall, a truly wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay.

Already requested to book another stay. Loved the area. The host has put in a lot of work making the outdoor property beautiful. Laid out in the hammock very late and felt safe with all the path lighting. Very clean and comfortable. Minor negative was the road was a little rough getting to the property but we saw a few small cars on it managing just fine. Easy to get to eureka springs and to the lake. Excited to go back and spend an extra night.
