It was exactly what we needed. It was quiet and welcoming. The neighborhood was beautiful and was a nice place to take a walk.

Chris and Bill were the ultimate hosts! Their home was immaculate and we had a fantastic stay this weekend even though we were unable to explore their property more or go to their local recommendations. (We were too busy with Family Weekend at the YMCA Camp Sea Gull!) We hope to make it a tradition to stay at Chris and Bill’s for coming years for Family Weekend! 🙂

I always enjoy my stay at the Cottage. It is peaceful, clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a week or longer. Shirley & Ken are always lovely and incredibly responsive with any question. If I could give more stars I would. My go-to when I visit New Bern.

The crab shack is absolutely stunning and the views are worth every penny. We loved the private dock. Cheryl was very responsive and so friendly. My husband and I felt right at home and have already recommended the crab shack to friends and family. We would definitely stay here again!

All 5 stars across the board. My husband and I enjoyed our 3 day weekend here. The location is great and ideal when it comes to taking a beach trip. Extremely short walk to the beach to where you do not have to worry about taking your car and figuring out parking. Pictures matched exactly to the room. When we arrived the room smelled so good and everything was very clean. Joseph was very friendly and even allowed us to have early check in. The Airbnb also had a full size kitchen with all amenities! Very beautiful space, easy to find, great location, and can park right next to the door. I would recommend and I would return. Thanks again for everything!

Excellent place to stay for anyone...alone, as a couple, with family...kids & furry kids too! (Our old and anxious dog enjoyed this space as his own!) Such a laid back, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Super clean, comfortable, quiet and welcoming. Raina and Allen are the most helpful, friendly, and responsive hosts you can find on AirB&B. They have thought of EVERYTHING you may need while away from home...extra toiletries and essentials you may not have thought about or forgotten before leaving home! It's definitely our HOME away from home and we will most definitely come back for enjoying our family vacations in this beach area! We would recommend this place for anyone who's looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle but super close and accessible to all the crystal coast has to offer. We couldn't have asked for better hosts!! You guys were amazing! Thanks so much for opening up your special space at "Sweet Suites" for us to enjoy and vacation!! Much love! ❤️

We were very happy with our stay with Hazael! Our plans were a moving target and Hazael was always responsive and accommodating. We plan to come back to the area soon and will keep this spot high on our list!

Heather and her daughters were attentive and welcoming. I really enjoyed my getaway in their cozy apartment. The bed was luxurious and comfy, the place was clean and tidy, and the view was lovely. The Neuse River is just across the street to enjoy, and the art work was very nice. Thank you for a great stay!

Honestly one of the best places I’ve stayed. Sheena made me feel very welcomed and gave great recommendations. I stayed for a mini staycation and they did so much to make me feel at home and comfortable. The house was clean, there were instructions for everything, and even had an adjustable bed! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I lived in the New Bern area for 10 years from 2005 to 2015. I always loved the town, there really is no place like it, that I have found. We lived a few miles outside of town, but always dreamed of living in town and being able to walk everywhere and take advantage of everything that living in town has to offer. So, staying at Page’s place offered me the opportunity to live that dream for a few days. I loved it. The cottage is delightful. Sparkling clean, super convenient, plenty of on- street parking, beautifully appointed and wonderfully equipped for such a small, but totally adequate space. My dog loved it all, especially sunning herself in the courtyard. Page was super communicative and responsive without being intrusive. A truly lovely experience! Highly recommend. 💕

We enjoyed our stay immensely at the beautiful Mermaid Cottage! It was a perfect weekend spot for me and my husband and our fur baby. Heidi and Doug are such sweet people and made us feel so welcomed! We will certainly be back again to enjoy this peaceful little spot in the beautiful Beaufort, NC! Newport is home for me, however visiting my family and staying here made me feel at home. The house was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and cozy! Everything you may or may not need was available. We plan to stay again when we visit the area.

This was our second stay at Dianne's lovely home. We were in town for a foster/adoptive parent retreat and this home was such an amazing addition to our weekend of relaxation. The furnishings were comfortable and homey and we had everything we needed during our stay. You can't beat the incredible view and the peace and quiet that comes with this property. We plan to return again next year.

This bungalow was GREAT! Two of us stayed with plenty of space and all amenities we needed. It was clean and beautiful. We walked to all meals and to the waterfront. We were looking to relocate to New Bern. Jessica sat with us for a while reviewing neighborhoods etc for us to visit. I would definitely recommend!
