About the house: The rental space was built with the reception of guests who want an experience in contact with nature in mind. The accommodation features: 1 bedroom with a single bed, an L-shaped space divided between the living room and kitchen that has a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, sink and some utensils, as well as a table with three chairs. In the living room area, there is a queen-size bed, a work table and a laptop support. The bathroom is spacious with a hot shower, sink and shower stall.

Casa da Tulha is located on a historic farm in the municipality of Mococa-SP. The old coffee mill from the farm, the historic grain processing machine from 1926, is part of the room, adding a historical touch to the decor. In 2021, the Tulha was renovated and became a cozy house for lodging in the midst of nature. The house is located in the old coffee plantation and is within walking distance of Rancho da Prata. Casa da Tulha accommodates up to 16 people.
