Holiday rentals with beach access in Casablanca-Settat

We absolutely enjoyed this terrific stay and Abdellah was very kind and a wonderful host. We loved sitting on the private balcony and listening to the birds and watching the ocean. Definitely recommend this home. Flowers and palm trees were just beautiful nestled in a safe and walkable community.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Fatima und ihrer Familie war großartig! Auf Wunsch bekamen wir frühstück und Abendessen was sehr gut war! Fatima half uns bei der Organisation von unseren Ausflügen. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr gemütlich mit einem Balkon mit Sicht auf das Meer. Wir kommen wieder!

Beautifully decorated and modern unit. Secured access and garage. The location is great specially in proximity to key iconic Masjid and short drive from the old city. Even though the neighborhood is a bit older building but you are close to the old city of Casablanca with its old souk and traditional shops and restaurants but not too far from some good places to eat as well. One thing I would have wished is more open view of the city from the unit but that didn’t impact our stay. We were greeted at check-in by Ahmad and Omar who lives at the building and provide help to tenants in general.

Great beachfront spot in Casablanca! Stayed at this cozy apartment right by the beach, and it was perfect for a chill getaway. Super close to the ocean - less than 1 min walk - and there’s even a surf school nearby if you’re into that. The place itself was really clean, nicely decorated, and had everything one would need. The host was super friendly and quick to respond, which made things easy. Awesome location if you want to be near the water but still close to restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again!

Abdesssamad's apartment at the B Living building was fantastic. A great location straight across from the downtown train station. The old city was wonderful and I enjoyed haggling with the local Moroccan rug proprietor. In the end, I purchased two beautiful rugs hand woven by the women from the Moroccan mountains. This is a gem of a place, great location, and Abdesssamad's communication was fantastic. I would highly recommend this location as it is very safe and walkable. I will be sure to stay here again the next time I visit the beautiful and vibrant city of Casablanca!

The villa is exceptional! I love the modern design, impeccable upkeep, and excellent placement. A big thank you to Driss and Ghita for their kindness and great communication throughout our stay. The villa is secure and highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious stay in Dar Bouazza, conveniently located near supermarkets, the mall, and the beach. I will definitely return!

Un séjour parfait à Casablanca ! La villa était impeccable, décoré avec goût et parfaitement situé, proche des principaux sites et commerces. Les lits étaient confortables, et l’espace de vie très lumineux, ce qui a rendu notre séjour des plus agréables. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, ce qui a facilité notre séjour. Merci encore pour l’accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Je recommande vivement !

“Le logement de Mohamed était impeccable : très propre, bien placé et sécurisé. Tout était parfait pour un séjour confortable. Il faut simplement noter qu’il y a pas mal d’escaliers pour y accéder, donc cela peut être un peu difficile pour les personnes âgées. Mis à part cela, c’était parfait, je recommande vivement !”

Our stay was wonderful! I think the place is even better than the photos. It was very clean and right on the lagoon. Very nice and big living room and the most comfortable beds. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Une expérience unique… maison et emplacement incroyable, mais au milieu de nulle part. Heureusement le personnel est là pour vous préparer les repas car autrement cela pourrait être compliqué. Repas et petit déjeuner fait sur place et extrêmement bon. Si vous cherchez un endroit hors du commun et tranquille vous serez au paradis. Un propriétaire attentif et très professionnel. Besonders angenehm fand ich die ruhige Lage und gleichzeitig die Nähe zu allen wichtigen Punkten der Stadt. Samir war ein außergewöhnlich hilfsbereiter Gastgeber: sehr freundlich, schnell erreichbar und immer bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The apartment is spacious and clean, with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The view is absolutely stunning... overlooking the beach and a large, clean swimming pool. Watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. The place is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it feel just like home. The gated community is safe and quiet, which gave me extra peace of mind throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

Fahd was a lovely host and the place was fantastic, exactly as described. Fahd met us at the place for check in and showed us around. He was very responsive for anything we needed. Overall a great stay and a wonderful host. We highly recommend. Note: the taxi driver Fahd recommended to us was also lovely and we highly recommend taking him up on the offer to schedule with him.
