A perfect beach house with wonderful views. The photographs on the listing doesn't do it justice- much bigger and impressive! We enjoyed our stay very much. All our queries were answered immediately. Sitting on the roof terrace watching the boats in the distance was very relaxing! Will definitely book to come again.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our whole family stayed for a week to celebrate my dad turning 70. 9 people ranging from 9m-70. The Villa is absolutely stunning, in the ideal location. Restaurants, bars, cafes on your doorstep. Over the bridge there’s the beach. Everything within walking distance. Lidl very near for all of your essentials, pharmacy nearby. The Villa was spotless and plenty of room for the 9 of us. Bente is a great host, nothing was too much hassle. Villa has everything you could possibly need. Even a gorgeous lemon tree to the rear. Our children loved the pool and it was warm enough to play in for hours in May. Don’t hesitate to book Bente’s villa. We will definitely be re-booking in the future! Thanks

A very well situed appartement in one of the beautiful small streets of Estepona historic center. The communication was easy and Luis sent me good tips for restaurants.

We had a great holiday in this well presented and well appointed villa. The property is very much as you see on the photos - smart, modern and spotlessly clean. The location is also great - in the heart of the Marbesa urbanization, with easy access to the beach and all of its lovely restaurants. Comms were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended, and would definitely return.

We recently stayed here as a group of 11 for a hen do. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops, old town etc and a short uber ride to Puerto banus. Villa was very clean and well presented. We used the transfer service which was reasonably priced. We also used the BBQ service which was lovely. Rafael is such a responsive and helpful host and after a missed flight and us not arriving until much later than expected he was so helpful in re arranging our transfers and arranging for us to get into the villa outside of the usual check in time. Thank you Rafael, we highly recommend your villa.

Literally on the beach, just a few steps down to the sand and waves! With local amenities, including the main supermarket, just a short walk away, this unique stay was perfect.

Shops, a couple of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Short 5 minute walk to the seafront and a nice boardwalk to walk along to Cala de Mijas and the other way down to a nice marina with multiple bars/restaurants and beaches to stop either way. Short 20 minute walk into Cala which is a nice small town. Good bus service on the main road below the property so a car is definietly not essential. Around 30 minutes either way to Fuengarolla or Marbella. We experienced no noise from the main road when sitting outside or on an evening in bed. Quiet area as opposed to Fuengerolla or Marbella which suited. Nice clean accomodation in a nice quiet setting. The outside area is very relaxing in a beautiful private garden setting. Franck was very helpful with advice before our arrival and came to see us to make sure evertything was okay and gave helpful information on the local shops. Left us to our devices but was on hand if we needed anything. Would recommend.

We were very satisfied with our stay! Spacious, quiet, and with amazing views. The jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus! Abigail was very responsive and handled everything quickly!

Tania's Airbnb was stunning and easily the nicest Airbnb I've stayed in. There isn't much in the way of amenities nearby though that suited me, my partner, and our infant son as we found it incredibly tranquil. Marbella Old Town isn't too far away though the uphill walk home is challenging in the heat That said, there are numerous taxis and buses which can be availed of. Additionally, Mercadona is 10 minutes on foot, there's a nice Basque restaurant nearby, and there are nice cafes within a 1 km - 1.5 km radius. Our one gripe was the noise from the building work from the rear house during our stay. We raised this with Tania and to her credit, she did offer us alternative accommodation nearby which we declined as we didn't want to unsettle our son. Had we known there would be building work prior to our stay, we would have accepted. Overall, Tania was a great host and her property was incredible. We hope to return in the near future.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The host was wonderful and made me feel very welcome. The space itself was cozy, comfortable, and really well-appointed, making it a great home away from home. I truly enjoyed my time there and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. The only minor remark I have is regarding the pool area, which is shared among all guests. It could benefit from a bit more maintenance and cleaning, especially to remove bird residue and ensure it’s in top condition for everyone to enjoy. Overall, a really great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a cozy and welcoming stay!

We spent a lovely week at the Beach House in mid-September. The house was well accessible ,very nice, clean, well-equipped, right on a beautiful beach. We had a vacation after a long time and it was beyond our expectations. Morning coffee on the deck overlooking the sea was a lovely start to the day. Some days we stayed there all day and didn't even have the need to go somewhere. Roman was a great and communicative host. Before arrival, he sent us the perfect instructions on how to get to the place and get to the house, we put it for the first good one:). We took advantage of his trip tips and loved it everywhere. This was one of the most relaxing vacations and we will definitely try to come back next year. Thank you.

Wow - we loved this place!!! It’s a perfect floor plan and the outdoor living was wonderful. The pool was fantastic and the outdoor patio could not have been better. I highly recommend this wonderful space!

We had a lovely short stay in the apartment. My children loved the garden in particular. The house is new and spotless with lots of space and storage. The location is handy for a quick car ride in to Estepona or a longer walk by the seafront. The apartment style is lovely and has a well equipped kitchen. The host was very kind and patient when we were unfortunately late meeting him.

Great place to stay - comfortable for two families. Very close to Manilva beach and 20mins to Estepona by car. Quiet place with great restaurants and super markets near by. The stay had everything - workstation, separate dining and breakfast counter, outdoor pool and relaxing area and a great inhouse parking. The location of the stay is beautiful. Nicky took care of us very well, recommended us some restaurants and super markets, helped us with early checkin and late checkout fortunately.

You couldn’t ask for better hosts than Antonio and Maria. They genuinely care about how well you get on in the villa and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after. From local recommendations to super clear instructions and even video calling or coming to the villa if you need anything. Lovely people and I’ll recommend them to everyone. The villa is immaculate, gorgeous quiet location, walking to a beautiful beach in minutes and many restaurants (bono, Luuma, dune favourites of ours about 7 mins walk). Everything provided and very high standard. Puerto Banús only 15 mins by car and Marbella centre 5. Perfect location for families and anyone looking for quiet glamour in a beautiful part of Marbella. Had a brilliant stay there far enough away from central Marbella that you don’t have any trouble however still a 20 minute drive to Puerto Beanus and old town Marbella. Host was welcoming and kind giving really good recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Both communal pool and private pool were perfect for our group as well as the spacious bedrooms. We would definitely recommend and return.

We stayed here for a week and were delighted with the villa, pictures don’t do it justice, such a beautiful place , it had everything we needed , Alison was brilliant , so helpful we had a very small issue that was resolved literally within minutes , would definitely stay here again … thank you for such a great week

Pleasant unconventional apartment, with all amenities, overlooking a beautiful Plaza full of life on weekdays, quiet in a different way, and also serving on occasion for cultural events giving the pulse of the local population. Alfonso is a very friendly host, attentive to our well-being, giving information about affordable restaurants and different places to visit. We often had short friendly conversations with him. The fact that Alfonso is the owner present, staying in the same building, ensures additional security for our stay.

Nicole was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay! There was an issue with the pool right before we arrived which meant there was construction tape during our stay, but it did not impact the pool usage and we were able to even heat it up for night time swims, and were flexible with check in and check out as compensation - super friendly and understanding! The villa fit 5 people comfortably, basics were provided and extras topped up when needed, they even bought a speaker and adapters for us! Villa is located at the top of a hill so can be difficult if walking around the area. It's only 25/35 mins to Malaga and Marbella by taxi, the area is very quiet and the house was spotless and modern. Nicole and Ann were both extremely responsive and helpful with whatever extras/tips we needed. Will definitely stay at one of Nicole's properties in the future ◡̈
