Miss Mills Trace is a rural road in close proximity to Englishmen's Bay and Castara. We rented a car which I would recommend and had no trouble getting around the entire island. The view from the cottage looked out over tropical rainforest towards Englishmen's Bay and you could hardly see rooftops of other houses. We felt secluded and safe. The front deck was well covered from any passing rain shower and the vista provided a great place to see rainbows. Geckos did visit the property and could be seen hunting at night. They did leave behind little poops that my wife and I thought were cute and their quantity was hardly noticeable. My only word of caution to foreign coffee lovers, the island is not know for quality coffee and you'll likely be drinking instant. Luckily the cottage and it's beautiful surroundings will wake you up and keep you excited all day! Also, go birding up Miss Mills and don't miss this opportunity to stay here.

We loved this amazing little home in the jungle. It’s very cozy! All of the amenities are great. Everything was clean and as described. The AC, fan and wifi also worked seamlessly. The walk to town is beautiful. We loved our daily exercise through the village to get to the beach and back. Castara feels safe and friendly. It’s stunning. We hope to come back!

The location is incredible - stunning view overlooking the bay, with the beach a few metres away. The accommodation is lovely - clean, with all required appliances, a balcony and there is parking. There is a nearby waterfall, fishermen sell their catch on the jetty, the forest reserve is nearby for trails in the rainforest and birdwatching is excellent. We loved Tobago and Dale’s accommodation is fantastic. Thank you Dale.

Wayne’s place is in a secluded spot with breathtaking views. Nothing was too much for him. I loved the spicy sauce that he served every morning at breakfast. Unfortunately, it was out of stock everywhere so he put what he had in a bottle for me. The breakfast was amazing ♥️ I celebrated my birthday there and had a very relaxing massage overlooking the Englishman’s bay. Wayne provided his speakers to play the music 🎵 during the massage. He has a lovely place and can’t wait until he opens his restaurant!!! We will definitely be returning 😎

We stayed at Evelyn and Derek’s place and it was amazing! The home was easy to find, and Evelyn was incredibly welcoming and communicative throughout our stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stunning location in a wildly beautiful part of Tobago. There is so much nature around you - we loved waking up to parrots flying by. 5 stars on accommodation and communication. Joanne is a professional and attentive hostess who is eager to help you. I had to work and had zero connectivity issues. Great, well-stocked kitchen - we bought a whole tuna from a fisherman down in Parlatuvier and some local greens and spices from the local supermarket and cooked it all up the night before we left. We refreshed in the pool after a long, run the sun. So many beaches around you and isolated hiking trails. We were a bit concerned about the lack of AC in the place but it's surprisingly chilly at night and there's no need for it. Note of caution: the east part of Tobago is more rustic and rural. Make sure to pull money out in the West before you head up this way. There are ATMs but all are Citizen's Bank which don't seem to accept US debit cards. T
