You pass through the small village of Sant Alessandro, a pedestrian area with wonderful views . the house is located on the beach so you can reach the sea in just a few stairs. It will enchant you for the peace of the sound of the sea . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families The cottage is located on a quiet beach where you can eat at the restaurant. Newly refurbisced cozy apartment within a controlled traffic zone ,a minutes's walk from the sea.It has a wonderful view of the Aragonese Castle, the bay of Saint Anna and of Capri. Profumo di mare is a newly built two-room penthouse, in a villa, with a large panoramic terrace. It is located in the bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Gulf of Naples (Vesuvius, Sorrento peninsula, islands of Capri, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse consists of a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 sqm. The large terrace (50 sqm), half covered by a canopy, is equipped with every comfort.

The house is located in the charming village of Sant'Angelo d'Ischia, a ten-minute walk from its center. It is spacious, fresh, bright and with a sea view.
