Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

It has a NATURAL SWIMMING POOL, swim and relax in the clean swimming area while watching hovering dragonflies, butterflies and all the magic of a natural swimming pool. In 2015 the house was completely renovated with an extension built using straw bales that keeps the house cool in the summer an warm in the winter. Our place is in the top floor of our recently built, modern building and it offers a veranda with the city views. We are in the center of Armação de Pêra with a very short walk to the beach. Nice cafés, bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants near us and on the beach. We are located less the 100 meters to the beach and the main strip. Our place offers the convenience of being downtown where you can have short walks everywhere and no need for car.

Explore a charming historic town on your doorstep or have a walk in the nearby hills. The coastline with beautiful beaches, cliffs and villages is only a short 15 kilometer drive to the South. The Quinta Avalon is located in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches that the Algarve has to offer, near the traditional village of Porches, between Portimão and Albufeira, in a picturesque landscape. Relax in this special and quiet space. However, if you have problems with the presence of dogs and cats, we would rather advise you against booking our Quinta, as all our animals are free to roam our entire premises.
