In a word - dreamy. A beautifully constructed and decorated log cabin on a spacious private property in the mountains with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay - a well maintained hot tub, fire pit, covered wraparound porch with lots of seating - not to mention the gorgeous interior with fully stocked kitchen, games, books, DVDs, extra blankets and cushions…Kaymin was an incredibly thoughtful host- very responsive, provided lots of suggestions for local activities and had a bottle of wine and charcuterie waiting for us when we arrived. Need I say more?

Wonderful stay at the Smiley Wolf Cabin! The cabin was extremely clean, the beds were comfy and the towels & linens were great. The kitchen was well equipped. Ben was a friendly and responsive host. Do not hesitate to book your stay at this lovely place.

The Willowbank House and the property were unbelievably beautiful! This was one of the best vacation's we've ever taken and staying at the Willowbank House and property made it special. Les was a great host and was always help, kind and responsive. We are definitely coming back!

Cozy getaway cabin close to downtown Golden. Beautiful views from all areas in the home and hot tub. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Stunning. Spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. The garden is large with beautiful mountain views. Julie was a great host with recommendations of local walks which was a great way to start our mornings. Winding down in the hot tub with fabulous views each evening was perfect. We hope to return!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Karen’s Airbnb. The home is cozy, beautifully maintained, and incredibly family-friendly—it had everything we needed and more. The backyard was a real highlight, with a stunning view of the mountains. As a meditator, I found it to be an especially peaceful space—my morning meditations there were incredibly deep and grounding. Karen was such a warm and sweet host. Her kindness, clear communication, and all the thoughtful touches around the home made us feel genuinely welcome. She was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. This was the perfect mountain retreat for our little family, and we’d absolutely love to return someday. Highly recommend!

Ron’s place was a great home base for our group on vacation exploring Glacier and Yoho National Park! Our favorite room was the pool table room to relax and lounge after a full day hiking. It was also great having the grill, hot tub and outdoor space. A fun bonus was the trail in the backyard was great to use to walk to the wolf sanctuary. Would stay here again!

Wow, wow, wow! Where do we even begin? Tin Bins was the most perfect, picturesque cabin experience and we are so grateful to have found this hidden gem not too far from home! From the outdoor shower to the nature and animals (Remy of course), the Beth Dutton Hot Tub (that we spent hours and hours in), and the Tin Bins themselves - we simply cannot sing your praises enough! Everyone needs to get out of the city, unplug, and reconnect with themselves, their partner, and nature. What a beautiful weekend! R & P

Everything was great. The Wifi wasn't the best, but otherwise it was a great experience.

We had plans to travel to Lake Louise however deferred LL in lieu of spending the full day, as we (all 4) fell in love instantly on arrival to the cabin. The tranquility, with the horses in the adjacent paddock and the snow capped mountains in the distance…it was perfect. Everything in the house is well suited to a long stay, with well sized washer and dryer, full size fridge. The beds were super comfortable and the back deck got plenty of use. Restaurants and supermarkets a short 15minute drive away.

What a fabulous place! I wish we were there longer. The picnic area is great with a place for a campfire and the patio with the bbq had great afternoon sun. A beautiful spot

Amazing place to stay if visiting Banff or the other parks in the area! Rick and Watson are great hosts and the space was very spacious and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun unique place to stay.

When we drove to the "Raven's Roost" house in Golden, we were excited. When we left it after three days we were thrilled and loved it. A perfect place to relax in the middle of nature surrounded by forest and a view of the impressive Golden mountains. The house with its log cabin style fits in perfectly. Golden is less than a 10-minute drive away. There, you can find everything you need for life – we especially enjoyed the walks along the newly designed River Walk. We were thrilled by the fantastic sunlight in the mornings and evenings. And we really liked the matching log cabin style of the house. Everything was soooo harmonious and tasteful. There is a large terrace with a perfectly functioning propane grill. We've taken unforgettable excursions from here passing through a mountain landscspe whose beauty defies all imagination. We congrat everyone who found "Raven's Roost"!

A perfect stopover on your travels.. My girlfriend loved the outdoor shower too. Bragg Creek is such a cute small hamlet close by also. After spending 4 nights in hotels it was the perfect change. Great host too.

We were looking for a place to unwind after a day of biking and defiantly found it here. The patio with chairs overlooking the river was absolutely breathtaking and relaxing. Even with the windows open you can hear the river, which is just amazing. Everything was as expected, clean and cozy, and we even received a message a few hours before scheduled check in to advise the home was ready if we wanted to check in early. We cannot wait to come back and will defiantly be staying here again!

What an amazing and relaxing place! The house has all the confort needed, you have also everything to cook simple meal which is quite convenient. It is also remarkably cute and comfy. Definitely recommend!

The wolf cottage was great and exactly as described. The entire property is well maintained and the cabin itself has nice touches. Wendy had also provided a bear spray for use which I personally thought was pretty cool as we actually forgot ours. She also recommended a really cool hike which was amazing despite the rain. We also went to one of the recommended restaurants and the food there was amazing as well. Overall a great stay

A warm welcoming space with all the amenities needed for a restful and extremely comfortable stay. Thoughtfully appointed and decorated with great attention to detail both inside and out. The bathroom area is likewise beautiful. We’re a little out of practice using the soaking tub without a formal shower but we did fine with the spray wand. Very comfortable couches with thick blankets made TV watching all the more enjoyable. Lovely grounds watched over by two adorable family dogs who are happy to greet and hang out with you if you’re comfortable. A bit of a further drive to Banff, Yoho and Jasper but, in our opinion, worth it. The late spring, early summer drives to the National Parks were stunning. The small town of Cochrane is close by and had some really good breakfast spots, sports restaurants like Ducks on the Roof. The ice cream at MacKay’s was excellent. Fantastic stay and hosts beginning to end!!

Duane was a personable host and welcomed us on arrival. The cabin is clean and located on a beautiful lot just outside of town. We enjoyed our stay.

Very lovely cabin. Beautiful surroundings. private. Quiet. comfortable. cabin was well stocked. hottub was clean, big. Jackie was very good to us. She kept us informed, communicated well with email and texts. we were very happy to meet her in person and thank her before leaving so we could tell her how happy we were with our stay. Great location. close to suspension bridges and Adventure park, which we really enjoyed. we would definitely go back in a heartbeat, and highly recommend her cabin to everyone. very good experience from start to finish. thanks again Jackie 👍😍🎉

Absolute gem ! It was more then expected. I really wish we booked for a longer stay. I can't say enough about the stunning view. Great to take in reading by the window or lounging on the patio or relaxing in the hot tub. I even had a little truck trouble on departure and they were quick to help out with was a delightful experience and would recommend a stay 100 %.
