Es una masía restaurada, con espacios acogedores, actualizados y un aire rústico. El entorno permite aislarte del mundo, (9 km de pista forestal en buen estado). El núcleo urbano más cercano esta a 18 km, pero también esta cerca de lugares interesantes de visitar (históricos, culturales, gastronómicos..). El prado es una extensión del apartamento.

L'era d'en Jepet, countryside home near Barcelona

Typical catalan countryside house, recently refurbished maintaining its original charm and character. It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last one in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the renovation has resulted in an apartment attached to a swimming pool and an attached two-story house. The house and garden complex, plus the surrounding forest, could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

The environment favors an ideal disconnection, perfect for getting away from the busy city life.

La Guàrdia - El Molí

LA GUÀRDIA is an agricultural and forestry estate of 70 Ha, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and the Montseny Biosphere Reserve. The views, the silence, the starry sky, the singing of the birds, the water, the wood, the careful lighting, the sound equipment, the image..... has been worked to the last detail, most of the wood is walnut, hand-carved. It is very difficult to approach what this space offers, in so few lines….
