Wir wurden von Peter (der Hund) und Phillip sehr nett empfangen. Die Anlage mit deren Häusern ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Man wird von den vögeln geweckt und wird jeden Abend mit einem Traum von Sonnenuntergang belohnt. Die Sonne verschwindet direkt hinter dem Vulkan Stromboli. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen 😃😃😃 Gruß Kim und Kai

La casa è bellissima, pulitissima, con ogni comfort, spaziosa, superiore a quanto ci attendevamo basandoci sulle foto. Veranda molto godibile per mangiare all'esterno, giardino fantastico e molto curato. Impagabile poi la vicinanza al mare (splendido), con spiaggia libera e attrezzata raggiungibili a piedi in un attimo. La zona è davvero molto tranquilla e gli host Daniela e Luca gentili e molto disponibili. Vacanza perfetta.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane indimenticabili in questa splendida villetta al mare. La location è perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. La villa è spaziosa, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza rilassante. Il parcheggio è gratuito ben custodito nel residence. Un ringraziamento speciale va agli host, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Dal momento della prenotazione fino al check-out, sono stati sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e a fornire consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! Consiglio vivamente questa villa a chiunque cerchi un luogo tranquillo e accogliente per godersi il mare in piena tranquillità Non vediamo l'ora di tornare, grazie di cuore.

Eine sehr schöne, neue Villa mit einem eigenen Poll, sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet. Sehr ruhig und mit schöner Aussicht. Die Villa ist etwas abgelegen von Tropea, aber leicht und schnell mit Auto zu erreichen.

L’alloggio di Manuel è una bella struttura sulla statale ionica, la casa è ristrutturata con uno spazio esterno vivibile. L’arredo è molto semplice. Ottimo per una casa al mare. Manuel è un eccellente padrone di casa, reattivo su tutte le richieste e veramente molto gentile, è una sicurezza perchè in grado di risolvere i problemi che possono verificarsi durante un soggiorno. La casa è in una posizione unica, basta aprire un cancelletto e si è praticamente in spiaggia. Le spiaggie sono molto ampie e molto pulite, il mare veramente bello. Un grande punto di forza oltre la posizione è la climatizzazione di tutta la casa con la possibilità di poter regolare la temperatura in ogni ambiente ed avere la sensazione si stare in una stanza fresca ma senza l’aria diretta del condizionatore. La località si presta per una classica villeggiatura nel segno del riposo e della tranquillità. La macchina è consigliata per consentire le visite dei vari paesi vicini. Tornerò sicuramente

Der Aufenthalt bei Guiseppe war wirklich fantastisch. Das Haus ist wunderschön - der Blick auf das Meer atemberaubend, der Garten mit viel Liebe und Auge fürs Detail gestaltet, die Wohnung blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann und ein fantastischer Pool als Krönung. Besonders gut wird uns der Aufenthalt aber wegen Giuseppe selbst in Erinnerung bleiben - so ein angenehmer, sympathischer und zuvorkommender Mensch - ein perfekter Gastgeber und Gentleman, dank dem wir uns sofort willkommen und bald wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Moc krásné místo . Soukromá zahrada pro pejsky. Výborná komunikace. Vybavení dostačující. Nádherné pláže a teď koncem září/říjen bez lidí. Určitě se vrátíme😊😊

Sono stato ospite di questa casa con degli amici ,villetta accogliente e ben curata nei dettagli. L'host è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile, assicurandosi che il mio soggiorno fosse piacevole fin dall'inizio. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, e la posizione è stata comodissima per esplorare i dintorni. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno rilassante e confortevole.

Bardzo polecam pobyt w domku!! Gwarantowane zadowolenie :) dom posiada trzy osobne apartamenty z osobnymi wejściami (każdy z nich ma łazienkę) i osobną kuchnię, co zapewnia prywatność nawet w przypadku wyjazdu większej grupy osób. Domek jest w pełni wyposażony- kuchnia (zmywarka, pralka, mikrofala z funkcją grilla, płyta indukcyjna itp), jak i pokoje (ręczniki, pościel, żelazko, tv z netflixem, wifi). Dom posiada prywatny, duży basen ze słodką wodą oraz leżaki, również wiekszą kanapę na zewnątrz z zadaszeniem, gdzie można odpocząć od upału :) prywatna plaża znajduje się tuż obok, jest zamykana na bramkę. Możliwość bezproblemowego pobytu z psem była dla nas dużym atutem! Poza tym bieżący kontakt z osobą która zajmuje się zameldowaniem- Francesca, niezwykle pomocna i sympatyczna osoba :) byliśmy jeszcze przed sezonem (przełom maja i kwietnia), ale w okolicy jest co robić nawet w przypadku gorszej pogody. Jeśli tylko dom jest wolny to polecam rezerwować ! Na pewno wrócimy :)

Lo más lindo de la casa es el área exterior que es hermosa. Tiene diferentes rincones con muebles muy cómodos para compartir hermosos momentos. La casa está sobre la playa. Dentro es muy cómoda, no es lujosa pero es espaciosa. Quedamos muy conformes con la propiedad. Muchas gracias

We had a wonderful time at Villa Anna. We were a party of 9 with plenty of room. The outdoor area was really great, the pool, outdoor kitchen and even the outdoor showers. Our host was very helpful and attentive. She arranged for a chef to come cook for us one night and teach us how to make pasta. We had a really great time. We would love to go back again.

Toller Ort mit tollem Blick. Restaurants in Laufdistanz. Meer zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung in der Küche sollte etwas mehr sein …. Daher hier und da einen Stern Abzug.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The villa is just beautiful and has everything and more that you need for your visit. The air conditioning is definitely a highlight for me and the beautiful spacious open plan design with private pool. So close to restaurants and the best beach in Calabria region I think. Thank you again for having us. We will be back :)

We had a wonderful stay in Ornella’s Villa. The house is beautiful and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The en-suite bedroom was great and they had a cot and high chair there too. It is the perfect place for entertaining. Two beautiful outdoor areas to eat. It is a five minute walk to the beach but we found it difficult to leave the Villa because the pool was so amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Michaela! Das Haus war super und bot uns alles, was wir brauchten. Der Pool und der wunderschön angelegte Garten waren Highlights unseres Aufenthalts. Besonders die zwei Schlafzimmer mit direkten Badezimmern waren sehr komfortabel. Auch die Tischtennisplatte haben wir gerne genutzt. Zwei kleine negative Punkte gab es jedoch: Auf den Nachbargrundstücken wurden immer wieder Gartenabfälle verbrannt, was den Aufenthalt am Pool etwas beeinträchtigte – dafür können die Vermieter natürlich nichts. Außerdem wäre es schön, wenn der Staubsauger mal ausgetauscht würde, und die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte leider nicht, da sie entkalkt werden musste. Es gab jedoch eine Nespresso-Maschine und Kännchen für den Gasherd, was uns geholfen hat. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

The house is amazing, it is located literally meters from the private beach, The court yard in front is perfect for some relaxation and is large enough to allow the kids to play. The beach has very warm crystal clear water. Manuela is absolutely spectacular! She went above and beyond any previous host to ensure our stay was perfect. I literally messaged her multiple times a week with various questions and she never once hesitated to make sure that everything was answered to my satisfaction. In addition to that, she made us an amazing reservation for a private boat to see the Aeolian Islands for the day and to see the eruptions of Stromboli at night. Manuela also made us dinner reservations in Tropea for the nights that we stayed. The wine that she gave us is now one of my favorites and I will definitely be ordering more for my family and friends. —— La casa è incredibile, si trova letteralmente a metri dalla spiaggia privata, Il cortile di fronte è perfetto per un po 'di relax ed è abbastanza grande da consentire ai bambini di giocare. La spiaggia ha acqua cristallina molto calda. Manuela è assolutamente spettacolare! Ha fatto di tutto per garantire che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto. Le ho letteralmente inviato un messaggio più volte alla settimana con varie domande e non ha mai esitato una volta ad assicurarsi che tutto rispondesse alla mia soddisfazione. Inoltre, ci ha fatto una straordinaria prenotazione per una barca privata per vedere le Isole Eolie per la giornata e vedere le eruzioni di Stromboli di notte. Manuela ci ha anche fatto prenotare la cena a Tropea per le notti in cui siamo stati. Il vino che ci ha dato ora è uno dei miei preferiti e sicuramente ordinerò di più per la mia famiglia e i miei amici.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille paisible et extrêmement agréable dans ce logement. Le logement est parfaitement conforme à sa description et nous a hébergés très confortablement (4 personnes). La belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la plage privée à proximité immédiate garantissent de profiter au mieux d'une situation géographique privilégiée et d'un littoral parmi les plus beaux de toute la Calabre. Lucia a été une hôte parfaite et prévenante: réactive, cordiale, arrangeante et prodigue de conseils pour nous assurer un séjour réussi. Ce fut une très belle manière de clôturer nos vacances d'été et une expérience que nous serons ravis de renouveler dans le futur.

Overall this place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and and amazing outdoor area that we took full advantage of, including the relaxing outdoor shower. Private parking and a quick drive to anywhere you needed to get to. I would highly recommend staying here 10/10

Peace, tranquillity AND privacy, not spoiled even by the occasional music from Zambrone resorts below. A family of 4 adults & 1 young child, we managed to get around in quite extreme heat without a car using local trains & the occasional taxi but the climb from beaches to the Villa is challenging! Scooters might be good. No oven but induction hob, sandwich toaster & kettle for cooking but we managed fine without. Swimming pool more for dips than meaningful lap swimming but often we had it to ourselves. The air con couldn't quite cope with the heat of late July/early August but then neither could we:) We LOVED the big garden swing, the amazing views of the coast & the SUNSETS! Markus is a really considerate host who responded quickly whenever necessary. And Francesco offers great local support. Our arrival flight was delayed so Francesco needed to be at the Villa late at night to greet us and he was really welcoming and helpful. A lovely place to stay.

Das Haus von Girolamo ist ein Paradies: großzügig und extrem sauber! Die Ausstattung innen und außen ist hochwertig und ordentlich. Der Außenbereich ist auch großzügig und sehr gepflegt, wir haben sehr gemütlich außen gesessen - ob am Pool oder unter dem großen Dach - herrlich! Der Pool ist natürlich ein vergnüglicher Luxus. Es ist das beste Ferienhaus, das wir je in Kalabrien hatten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe, Strand und Restaurants mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Girolamo ist so gastfreundlich - vielen Dank! Es gab immer einen netten, lockeren Kontakt. Es ist ihm wichtig, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Der Empfang war überaus herzlich - mit Getränken im Kühlschrank und Essen im Schrank. Eigentlich wollten wir nie wieder fahren... ;-) Vielen Dank für diese besondere und wunderschöne Unterkunft und die Herzlichkeit!

Schönes Haus inmitten des Grünen, umgeben nur von Olivenhainen und Obstbäumen, Wildtieren, Grillen. Wer Ruhe & Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist hier richtig. Man ist wirklich ganz alleine hier, fern der Zivilisation. Traumhaft ist der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus. Die Wohnungen sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Aussengrill und Pool sind tolle Optionen, wir waren aber auch viel an den schönen Stränden der Umgebung. Ilario ist super und gab viele Empfehlungen, besonders das Restaurant Le Zagare hat uns sehr gut gefallen (leckere Pizza!).

Fulvia var meget sød og hjælpsom. Vi kunne bare spørge hende om alt, og hvis der var noget, vi manglede, sørgede hun for det. Huset ligger meget smukt, men køkkenudstyret er lidt sparsomt. Fulvia hjalp os dog med det, vi bad om.

Our stay at Constantino was exceptional and went far beyond our expectations. Upon arrival we instantly received a room upgrade, as there had been difficulties with our former room. The staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. The room contained all the necessary features. Our several dinners and lunches at their own restaurant granted us a great dining experience, making our stay unique and memorable. The food was delicious and beyond that sustainable. The villa also provided us with exquisite scenic views and a clean pool. We were also very glad that the towels were exchanged every 3 days. They also offer the possibility of booking breakfast, which we took advantage of and had every day. It is possible to have a sweet or a savory breakfast. Furthermore, we had no difficulties finding our way from the main station to the villa, however it comes in handy to have access to a car in order to be able to go to the 10km far away beach or to explore Calabria.💚🤍❤
