good place, good vibe

We had a great stay here for 5 nights. It’s not very centrally located in HCMC but it’s only a short grab ride away from the centre so it was still convenient to travel around. The place was amazing with top-notch facilities and a very reasonable price! The host communicated very clearly which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very comfortable apartment in the heart of District 1 and Bui Vein walking street. Lyn was easy to reach and an excellent host!

Lovely stay at the apartment, nice and modern and with all the facilities that you need. Loved the balconies that had some nice views! All well thought out layout of the condo, could easily have a good size group of people to stay comfortably. Easy to access the rest of the city with Grab for pickup/drop off and great, famous pizza restaurant located right next door!

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

We were a little surprised at first by this small driveway and this atypical accommodation different from the others, but also very quickly accustomed. The place was clean, well-equipped and in a good location and communication with the host went well.

Suitable for multiple people, Truc is very friendly and responds quickly The bathroom is clean, the shower has a large flow of water and plenty of hot water, and the large flow of water will accumulate water but will quickly recede. The bed has no odor, the room is neat and clean, and each air conditioner is super cool! Fully equipped, no problem cooking supper, and eggs and bread and water are provided. In the alley, it is quiet and safe at night, and it is very easy to call a car! The house is a bit old, but it is well maintained. Overall, it is a very good place to stay. Recommended!

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Stayed at David’s place for one-day transit, his place is very clean and as described in the listing. He is very responsive too and friendly! In short, had a good stay here 👍 Don’t hesitate to book his place, especially if you are traveling in a group of more than 4 pax!

An was an excellent host. Met all our expectations and the apartment had all the facilities and an beautiful view of the city especially during the night. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and professional, always quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
