Our apartment is a secondary house (ground floor) that we use to rest in our spare time, we are here opening the door to make our guests feel at home! The apartment has three bedrooms (suite with air conditioning), Wi-Fi and all basic utensils in a condominium in the center of Icaraí beach. Condominium with private garage, swimming pool and leisure area. Note: For long stays, gas and electricity consumption will be charged separately.

Our house is quite big, just 2 blocks from the beach, 3 minutes drive to the Cumbuco Village. Ideal for kitesurfing, with spacious garden and beautiful lawn and fruit trees. Parking available for more than 8 vehicles. In addition to the large house, there is an auxiliary room with refrigerator and 2 beds next to the pool. We have a housekeeper who can help cleaning the house for a small additional cost.
