Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Caucasus Mountains

This place was a home away from home - we have been on the road for months and Karo’s house was exactly what we needed. So warm and cosy, overlooking a mountain village with green valleys and snow capped peaks and the house had all the comforts including some beautifully friendly cats! Karo & his wife are kind, helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Karo even met us when we arrived which was lovely to be shown how everything works. Close drive to some beautiful hikes, I wouldn’t look any further than this lovely space for a stay close to Dilijan national park.

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

Super facility from a super host (10/10).. Peaceful quiet place with fascinating view that provides a real memorable experience. Faruk is a super friendly host who provides all kind of support and necessary information to ease your stay in such location. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Un véritable bijou ! En tant que professionnel du tourisme, j’ai l’habitude de visiter toutes sortes de logements — mais celui-ci est vraiment exceptionnel. La vue est tout simplement magique : montagnes, forêt, ciel en mouvement… et le doux son de la rivière en fond. Que ce soit depuis le salon, la chambre ou même le jacuzzi, on est plongé dans la nature. Oubliez la télé, ici c’est le spectacle vivant qui vous captive. Le logement est propre, bien aménagé, décoré avec goût, et le personnel est extrêmement serviable. Une nuit, un orage a causé une coupure d’électricité — nous avons contacté Hassan, et il a résolu le problème à la minute. Merci encore pour cette réactivité ! Ne vous laissez pas influencer par d’éventuels mauvais commentaires : s’il y a un problème ici, il vient probablement de la personne qui l’écrit, pas du logement. Si je pouvais mettre plus que 5/5, je le ferais sans hésiter.

We truly loved our time at this house - it’s such a special place, beautiful and full of character. It gave our family a perfect space to relax and recharge.

Очень чисто, уютно и спокойно, а вид просто потрясающий! Отдельное спасибо Lusia - она всегда была на связи и помогала с любыми вопросами. Это идеальное место, чтобы отдохнуть от суеты и насладиться природой. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова💕

The location of the house is in a peaceful and quiet place (a nice change from the noisy center), but 10 minutes by car to the center. The hosts took us shopping at the store. Beautiful garden, very nice, talkative hosts and super friendly dog ​​Farukh (if you like dogs, you will be happy) made the stay in our memory for a long time. We highly recommend this place and hosts! :).

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Pleasant 15 minute walk through some residential streets to get downtown to restaurants and other activities.

işletme sahibi bizi samimi bir şekilde eşiyle beraber karşıladı.Gayet samimi sıcakkanlılardı. işletme sahibi gezilecek yerler konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. dere evinin konumu karadeniz, yeşillik ve fırtına deresinin su sesiyle adeta bir huzur merkezi gibiydi. dere evinin özgürlük alanı genişlik açısından çevredeki konaklamalra kıyasla çok çok önde arabanız için özel otopark alanı, mangal yakmak için özel barbekü alanı özel kışbahçesi ve yaz bahçesi en önemlisi ısıtmalı yüzme havuzu ve daha sayamadığım birçok ayrıntıları var. eşimle beraber çok güzel vakit geçirdik. burdan işletme sahiplerine samimi tutumlarından dolayı Turan bey'e ve eşi Özlem hanım'a çok çok teşekkür ediyoruz. если быть краткой, то однозначно рекомендую. очень уютно и красиво. все есть, кроме е микроволновки, но для меня это совсем не критично. критично - наличие жезвы для варки кофе, и это огроменный плюс. была в мае, утром и вечером на улице прохладно, а в доме очень тепло и в дополнение ещё и батарея есть. рядом магазин, но открывается только в начале июня. кафе в 3х минутах ходьбы. пляж отличный. в общем мне все понравилось. о хозяйке - ответы практически,ки моментальные и на все вопросы. жаль не удалось лично увидеться. кстати, очень. важный момент - разрешила сделать позднее выселение. добраться не проблема - такси я ндекс есть. время ожидания минут 10. для меня нормально. все дело в планировании времени. спасибо за гостеприимство.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and fast, and they were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future. Thank you for being such a great host!

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

We spent 3 days at this house with friends, and honestly, it was amazing. 🥰 The place is beautiful: crazy views, fresh mountain air, and you can hear the river all the time. It was super clean and had everything we needed: fireplace, cards, backgammon, plus homemade cottage cheese, eggs, and sour cream (and that cottage cheese was seriously good). Even a blender for protein shakes 😅 One thing I really loved was the hot tub in the backyard. Sitting in warm water, watching the sunset with those views… honestly unforgettable. Beso was awesome. He helped us organize the trip, found the right people for stuff, handled all the arrangements, gave us tips on places and hiking trails, and was always there when we needed him. He even made sure the hot tub was heated every day!! We were really lucky to have him help us as it made exploring Racha way more comfortable. Big thanks to Beso! This place is definitely one I wanna come back. 10/10

Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

A beautiful place with mindblowing view out the balcony. Lot of space to park outside and the host is very quick with any help needed. Kitchen is full with lot of ingredients, we cooked pasta there with those ingredients. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Gudauri or Kazbegi.

The cabin is very atmospheric with many beautiful details. Even though there was snow in the yard, it was very warm and cozy inside. Great place to chill and enjoy nature. Nana is very friendly and responsive host. Hope to be back there in summer

A wonderful one-day getaway! The cottage is surrounded by rich nature and offers a stunning view of the mountains and the city. Perfect spot for a relaxing BBQ with friends or family!

The place was magical and everything from the mountains views to the restaurants in area was incredible, it was close to Mestia and other attractions in the mountains that we explored through our visit. Before reaching there, the road was a bit rough but nothing we didn’t expect, The stay was very clean with all the amenities we expected and more which was amazing !
