The Dalva House is about 100m from San Francisco Square, the heart of Saint Kitts, and a few blocks from the city's shopping district. It has a beautiful view, it is airy, very well-equipped kitchen, quiet. Voltaria for sure.

The house is wonderful! Super spacious, comfortable, the rooms are air-conditioned, the outdoor area with the pool is super nice and the front area has a beautiful garden and an inviting table for shared moments between family and friends. The host was helpful to assist with issues such as pool cleaning and punctual in check-in and checkout processes. It was a perfect stay! I highly recommend!

It was great to be in this beautiful house in such a nice place. house was clean, with td the q had been announced. Here a gratitude and gratitude for the affection he had with my 1 year BB... a crib was made available to him... it made a total difference. cassio, always attentive to doubts and always bringing new and good things from the region (juice and jelly mango to very good!!!). It was great and I plan to come back.

The stay was excellent. Elias proved to be an excellent host. We received at the checkin, gave us instructions from the house and let us at ease, giving tips whenever necessary. The house is wide and complete, we are very comfortable. Clean house, clean bed and bath linens and with availability of pool towels. Mr. Cosme was supposed to maintain the outdoor area and swimming pool. Home in a safe place, we took walks in the surroundings. I highly recommend it, everyone liked it and were very comfortable. We hope to return soon.

Great stay, we feel at home. Plenty of green space, very well cared for, with all the care and the children loved it. Roque is a top-notch host, kind and always concerned with knowing if everything was okay, if we needed anything. The crafts in the house give an air of calm and tranquility and a very nice charm in the house and in the outdoor area. We really enjoyed staying at Roque's house and we will definitely come back more often.

Wonderful, cozy and totally familiar environment! Mrs. Sônia, a thoughtful host, responds to messages and calls quickly. It is possible to walk to the waterfront, especially in June, which has Vila do Forró, a neighbor to the residence, which has a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, etc. I loved it a lot and I will definitely return with my family.

Excellent location near the riverfront and the beach as well, the house is wonderful, well ventilated, super organized, a swimming pool and an area covered with very good barbecue, the host is very nice, attentive, accessible, responds immediately, made an excellent indication of service and options in the region, congratulations to the cleaning team because it was impeccable. Very nice stay, the area is quiet, my car did not fit in the garage but she offered me a spot at her father's house next door, but it is a quiet area I left my car on the street without problems… I took my dogs to the area, it has a lot of space, they loved it, I recommend it to everyone.

excellent location, close to tourist spots, restaurants, shops, bakery, at the end of the street there is a distributor and a coconut ice cream stand. When we needed to use Uber, the price was cheap because we were close to practically the entire tourist area. I highly recommend, a kind, polite and very available host when contacted. When I return to Aracaju, it will definitely be the first option for my stay!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Dione was an amazing host, super responsive and helpful. Very kind and helped us with every ask. The property is everything we'd hoped for, spacious (plenty of room for everyone), private (behind secure fencing and tucked away), 5 minute walk to the beach, and has all the ameneties (hot water, A/C, etc). We spent the week enjoying the pool and hammock, made churrasco, and even played some billiards. We loved this property and when we go back to Aracaju, this property will be the first one we book!

The house is good and offers great accommodation, with a pleasant atmosphere and satisfactory structure. However, we noticed some points that can be improved, such as the presence of many mosquitoes and cockroaches, in addition to the smell of mold in the pillows, which compromises the comfort of the rooms a little. With these adjustments, the stay would be even more pleasant. Overall, it was a good experience.
