Renata's place was great for our family of 5. Quiet location which felt safe. A short walk to the 3 / 16 tram line which lead straight to StKilda and the CBD. Beds were comfortable and apartment was very clean. Very good value overall.

Charlotte was friendly and communicated well. The unit was clean and comfortable with everything you need. I stayed for a week while my wife was in hospital. The tram stop is just out front and the Malvern shops only a few 100 metres away. Be aware it’s up on the third floor- people with mobility problems would find this difficult.

amazing little gem in Toorak village. Walking distance to some amazing restaurants: cofee and shopping mall / banks etc . Leah was so helpful and proactive. She allowed 2 hours of late checkout without any extra cost. Parking overnight and Sundays easier - at other times needs to be a bit cautious of timings. Main road traffic could be quite tight but could be easily bypassed if you take beautiful little by roads. Will stay again and again if I come back

This is a lovely apartment with stylish interiors, calming vibes and classic comforts. Tranquil elevated position in the tree tops, surrounded by lush greenery from every window. The huge bed is supremely comfortable, the sweet balcony relaxing and Sara has made sure everything is clean and all the necessities are covered. Location is great - a short walk up to Glenferrie Rd shops (Fleischer Cakes is a must), High St Armadale boutiques and cafes, and pretty parks like Malvern Gardens. Thank you Sara for a peaceful stay in picturesque Malvern.

We loved our stay at Lucy’s. We are from Melbourne and familiar with the area but needed a place for a month. Lucy’s was perfect. Great location, easy parking, very well stocked kitchen, basic condiments and things available for cooking, super comfy bed and lovely living room. Everything we needed, could have stayed long-term gladly. Lucy provided really clear info and was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, so close to cafes and shops, transport and amenities, and it had an off lead dog park just across the road (Kim has some great recommendations for local foodie hotspots and activities). A proper apartment with separate bedroom, definitely well suited for a wide variety of stay lengths, including long stays. Wish i could have stayed there longer.

Great little spot to stay with our pooch. Cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Parking on street was super easy. Bed and couch - very comfortable! Would happily stay here again!

We stayed at Rosie's place for 4 weeks whilst on a trip from UK. We had family in Elwood so wanted to stay in this area. The apartment suited all our needs over that time, it was well equipped. It was clean and had a wonderful stay. It's a block of 8 apartments and the other occupants were very friendly, quiet and helpful. Elwood is lovely safe community with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. We only used public transport during our stay with was frequent and great value with Myki card. Elwood beach was only a 5 minute walk and we managed to go swimming most days. Really pleased we chose this Airbnb it suited all our needs perfectly and great value for money for a 4 week stay. We enjoyed good communication with Rosie both prior to and during our stay. I have no hesitation in recommending Rosie's place.

We recently stayed at Diana’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean and just as accurate as the listing. The area is very safe and homely, very close to the tram lines.

The great place was very quiet. It had a very nice patio that looks like a small rooftop terrace. Nice clean surroundings of the place, very close to where I needed to be each day which was Albert Park. so provided every tick on the box. The only one thing that was a little difficult was the car space, which is not for a large 4x4 which we had, but there is plenty of space on the road leading into the apartments, so really wasn't an issue in the end. if you have a normal size car it's fine, it's just a bit of a squeeze with larger ones.. but overall a lovely clean place that was enjoyable to come back to after a full day out.

10/10 stay! The property itself is breathtaking, not to mention the city views it has to offer, we felt at home as soon as we turned the key and opened the door. The location is right in the heart of prahran, with everything at your doorstep with amazing shops, restaurants, and nightlife just steps away. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be in the centre of it all!

This is a charming place. Close to the heart of St. Kilda yet nice and quiet at night time. There are some nice cafes close by and a short walk or tram ride to restaurants and night spots. The nearby tram will also get you into the centre of Melbourne in about twenty minutes. A comfortable and cosy place to stay, recommended.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need. Great location for getting around Melbourne, two minute walk to tram stop. Located on busy main road but as apartment is situated around back it is very private and peaceful so not troubled by noise at all. Would thoroughly recommend

Wendi is a wonderful responsive and helpful host. The apartment was perfect for our ten night stay. The facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. As suggested by Wendi we were very close to transport hubs, cafes and restaurants. I would return to Lewisham Rd in an instant and hope to do just that in the future. Thanks Wendi, loved the stay.

I was in Melbourne on a work trip and Mary's was an ideal place to base myself. Had great facilities in the room, as well as in the broader complex. heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a real treat. also a great rooftop which was ideal as a working space too...

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

Kim was super responsive when I needed to check-in early due to last minute change of plans. Lovely place to stay, had everything I needed for my trip. Was conveniently located with cafes and the tram. Even a walk into the city was easy, did this twice! Location was secure and everything was clean. Would stay again!

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.
