In a wooded and flowered garden, fishing pond nearby and a large equipped playground. The gîte: on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen living room and upstairs 2 bedrooms one with 1 bed 140 and the other with 1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90, bathroom and toilet, terrace. The charms of the Poitevin countryside.

The Country House

Maison de plain-pied de 87 mètres carrés entre Angoulême et Poitiers. Dans un cadre champêtre, la maison vous accueille pour un séjour calme et reposant. Elle est composée de trois chambres, dont deux avec lits doubles et une avec deux lits simples. La pièce de vie, lumineuse, est composée d’un salon-salle à manger et cuisine d’environ 40 mètres carrés. Elle est reliée à la fibre. The cottage is located in Caunay in the south of Deux-Sèvres, with quick access to the N10: - Futuroscope (45 minutes) - Marais Poitevin (1 hour) - Angoulême (45 min) - La Rochelle (1.5 hours) As well as many walks and tours (parks, castles, etc.)
