It is a flat in the center of Caxambu, with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. (Rua Major Penha 359, apt. 1210) My flat is located in the city center, close to bakeries, pharmacies, lotteries and banks. You can do everything on foot, including going to the Parque das Águas to experience the medicinal waters. Caxambu is a strategic city for those who want to visit other cities such as São Lourenço, Aiuruoca and Baependi

We are at an altitude of 1,760 meters, in Mantiqueira National Park. Itamonte is in the south of Minas Gerais at the top of Serra da Mantiqueira. Our property is 25 km away from the center of Itamonte (12 km of asphalt plus 13 km of dirt road). In rainy periods (SUMMER) inquire in advance about the DIRT ROAD CONDITIONS and the weather forecast. We accept small to medium-sized dogs that ARE NOT PUPPIES.
