Very good, everything we needed had on site. Everything was in accordance. The only problem was the neighbours of the back who made a lot of noise and loud conversations during the night.

Mr. Antônio is an excellent host and very attentive, he gave us a welcome wine. Our experience was wonderful!

Spectacular house, cleanliness, comfort and service and sympathy of Mr. Jacob is something surreal. I was in 5 people and 3 4-legged puppies. The space and security for my three Yorkies was what attracted me. Returning to Canela, I won't even look for another place. I will certainly return to Mr. Jacob's house.

Excellent accommodation, excellent location, the host always responded quickly, kind accommodation with furniture and many utensil options, I felt at home.

Perfect house for those seeking tranquility and peace, but with comfort. Beds are great, super-equipped kitchen, quality furniture, but the main one was the location. The house is on a huge plot with beautiful garden in the front and native forest behind, with the right walk to a creek. It is about 10min from the center of Gramado by car, it is not for those who seek the agitation of the activities of the city center. I spoke twice with Alexandre, who responded quickly and was super gentle in the explanations. I thank you for the great endi we had there🙏🌻.

Samuri has been cordial and attentive since the first contact. He showed kindness at all times. The house is wonderful. Everything we needed to have a quiet stay we found, not only in terms of materiality and comfort, but the quiet is indiscreet. We sought a lot, moments of peace, and the place provides all the conditions for a serene stay, surrounded by nature, chirping with birds and a dizzying sunset. Super recommend.

Unfortunately, I arrived in a very cold season (reached 0°) and as I am from the Northeast I felt quite cold inside even with the heaters on. But aside from this point, which gets out of control, I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is cozy, close to a market, a pharmacy and a laundromat, and it exceeded my expectations. The hosts respond quickly and are very friendly. I highly recommend the site.

My wife, daughter and son and I stayed at the house and had a great experience! The house is very large and spacious, perfect for families or larger groups. On the upper floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with a single bed), plus a kitchen, living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower floor, there are three more bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed), a second indoor kitchen, a bathroom and an excellent outdoor area with a barbecue, swimming pool and another support bathroom. The owners were very attentive, making sure everything was in order. On Saturday morning, they even cleaned the pool, which had some leaves due to the rain the night before. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, except for the sound of BR-116 passing by, but nothing that would disrupt our stay. Another positive point is the bakery right in front, with very tasty products and fair prices. We liked it so much that we intend to return on another

The space of Júlio served us very well. We were in town for a seminar at UCS and we were able to walk every day. The apartment is very pleasant, comfortable beds with good bedding, blankets and towels. We use the kitchen only to make coffee and heat some food, but it seems to me that for those who need to cook it will serve very well. Service area also complete. Pleasant room with food table, sofa and TV. The bathrooms are gas-heated and just open well and wait for the water to get hot. Building with 24hs concierge, playground, quiet area, etc. In the surrounding area you can easily access to pharmacies and supermarkets. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Caxias do Sul, especially if you go to work and/or need to access the university. As a suggestion, only the provision of a dish rack in the kitchen is available.

the place is beautiful, bedding and towels, wonderful pool, bathtub worked perfectly. We will be back for sure.. And the gentleman who attended us is a sweetheart!!

The loft is the same as in the photos. The location is great, one block from Shopping Iguatemi, with a market on the corner, a nearby bakery and pharmacy. Check-in and check-out are super easy. The hostess Lísia was super kind and helpful, as well as flexible with check-in and check-out times. We were also greeted with treats. The parking space is double, accommodating two small cars, depending on the model. I recommend the loft!

Cristiana is always very dear. I am immensely grateful for the accommodation! I was looking for a quiet place to rest with privacy, and here I found just that. The environment is beautiful, calm and perfect for recharging. I was very pleased and hope to return soon!

Barbara welcomed us very well in the cabin, with welcome coffee, everything made with great affection and care. In addition, the accommodation is great, clean, and provides a sensational experience in the middle of nature. Barbara also helped me prepare a surprise for my girlfriend and she loved it!!

We love the cottage, it's exactly as in the photos, very clean and organized, with everything we needed. The place is calm and peaceful, great for those who, like us, want tranquility. The hosts always responded quickly and the housekeeper also helped us quickly when we asked for help with the fireplace. As for the arrival, you have two options, we went by both, I recommend taking the option by Canela, it is easier to get there and the road is better, it takes about 3km of dirt road, but it is super quiet, organized road, it does not harm anything, we even left at night and returned quietly. Super recommend the cottage.

Everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this 2 bedroom home. A very nice view with very well maintained common areas. This is my second time coming back to this apartment and it's always a pleasure. The hosts are very welcoming and attentive. Many thanks to them.

The cabin is a haven for rest, the location is very good, located between Nova Pádua and Flores da Cunha. The space is great, cozy, safe and very clean!
