Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cayman Islands

Crescent Point was awesome. David's communication from the beginning was great. He recommended things to do and restaurants to eat at. We listened to his recommendations, and he was spot on all of them. The condo was a perfect size for our family of 5 adults. Very spacious! The condo was decorated very nice and was very clean. The pool and beach were steps from the door. The area was very clean and peaceful. We didn't rent a car and didn't really need one as Crescent Point was in a location where we were able to walk or take a bus or taxi to where were going. Overall, the trip was a 5-star, A++ trip! We can't wait to get back!

Our family of 4 loved our stay. The grounds and pool are beautiful. Loved watching sunsets on the beach and snorkeling in the protected swim area. We snorkeled outside of it as well and saw larger fish. The hidden gem is the tiki bar at the pool. The food is great and the staff are super friendly. Loved the music playing as well. The condo was a great layout for parents and teens. The unit is right off the north parking lot making it very convenient to come and go. We really appreciated the abundance of bath towels and provided beach towels as well. We had a stress free week and hope to return in the future. We absolutely loved Kim’s place. It checked all of our boxes: fantastic view, low-key area away from the resorts, and good snorkeling right from the beach. It is close to the grocery store and multiple good restaurants in the West Bay Area. The condo itself was great for a family of four with plenty of space, was clean, had a full kitchen, and one of the best beach balcony views I’ve ever seen. The guest book was very informative, and answered all of our questions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We rented a car at the airport, which I highly recommend. Driving around was a lot easier than I had expected coming from the US. We’re already planning our next trip.

My wife and I traveled to Cayman Brac with 2 of our adult children over Christmas week. Coral Beach Villa was the perfect property for this stay. It is centrally located, in a very private setting, with a private pool and hot tub. The three master bedroom suites were ideal and gave my adult children the individual privacy they wanted while on vacation. Joy was a delight to work with, providing valuable insight on the island and responding immediately to any questions or requests I had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting high-end private accommodations on Cayman Brac.

This condo is such a great place to stay! Close to the beach, great restaurants, and Camana Bay! Great for a small family!

We will definitely be back! Had such a great time. We loved the location. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because I would not recommend staying here if you do not have a rental car. The apartment was amazing. It had all of the essentials we needed. Great set up. Ground floor unit that walks right out to the beach and pool. Kaibo is amazing. If you want to sit relax and enjoy the view this is the place. Boats are constantly coming in to the marina. It is beautiful. And dinner at Kaibo Restaurant next door was wonderful.

Our time at Ocean Paradise was amazing! The location is in a quieter part of the island, and close to plenty of great beaches and activities. The beach in front of the property is rocky, but we were able to snorkel directly in front of the house and saw a lionfish and other types of tropical fish. The property is quiet and peaceful and other than the few people staying at the other houses, we didn't see another person on the beach the entire week. Rum Point is an easy 5 minute drive away with several great beaches, shallow clear water, beach bars, restaurants, activities, etc... We drove to 7-Mile Beach a couple days, which was ~45 minutes away, but it's a beautiful and easy drive to get to the other side of the island. Restaurant options and grocery stores are definitely limited on the North Side, but there was a small grocery store 5 minutes away for daily trips and we were able to resupply at the larger grocery stores anytime we went into town. Overall highly recommended!

This place is great! It is in a quiet area next to the golf course and marina. A quick drive to Seven Mile Beach and Georgetown. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and good on-site restaurant. Host was very responsive but thankfully we didn’t need to reach out during our stay because everything was perfect! I’d definitely stay again.

Wonderful place for family. The kids were able to roam freely in a safe and family friendly environment. Restaurant was a few steps away. Dock space for the boat feet away! Excelente location for disconnecting from traffic and the crowds. Felt at peace and well relaxed.

This is an excellent location for those looking to stay in a local neighborhood, close to great scuba diving and snorkeling. Mitzi is very friendly, helpful and flexible. The loft is exactly as described, the AC works perfectly, and the bathroom exceeds the description.

The location was great. Right between George Town and Seven Mile Beach. While the apartment wasn’t anything special, the location definitely made up for it. Great price point. Walkable, which we loved. Pretty private beach spot. Other guests staying in the apartments were friendly and helpful with information about the island. Millicent was amazing. Always available, friendly, and accommodating. I appreciated Cline’s quick message response and willingness to call us a cab the morning of us leaving for the airport.

I've stayed in Island Pines prior, so there were no surprises for us there. The complex is lovely in that it's a quiet haven when the beach is busy with the cruise ship visitors early in the day. The pool is clean and warm and generally very quiet. The beach is exceptional. The location can't be beat...right next to Royal Palms and Coral Beach Club and you can easily walk to most any restaurant and the grocery store. The added crosswalk in front of the complex was a huge bonus this year. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-appointed. There are some beach toys, towels and snorkel gear. You can use Royal Palm's chairs for free if you let them know you're staying at Island Pines. I prefer to move a bit down the beach when it's busy, so I do wish there were beach chairs and cooler provided in the unit (you can rent and have them delivered, so it worked out). Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

Savhaven was an excellent home base for my family during our stay on Grand Cayman Island. We had a wonderful greeting and tour of the property by Claude and Lorna when we arrived. Then they left us with Lorna’s freshly prepared brunch of jerk chicken, rice & beans, and fresh salad. It was a wonderfully private home and outdoor living & entertaining paradise. We were just steps away from Foster’s grocery store and multiple restaurants too. Spots beach was only a few minutes drive where we enjoyed snorkeling with the turtles each morning before our daily adventures on the island. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at the Blue Pavilion! The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in easy with all the info I needed upfront. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to beaches, restaurants, a grocery store, and even a 24-hour Subway and ATM. While parking is available if you rent a car, I found everything so walkable and close to bus stops that I didn’t need one. WiFi was great and as a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe coming and going.

Nigel's property was an outstanding experience. The home was beautiful, comfortable & inviting. The beach & water behind the home were the perfect setting to relax at . While these items DID NOT hinder our experience at all, they would be helpful for future guests. 1. when using the lock /unlock feature on the front door, apply a slight amount of pressure to the door above the lock. 2. When using the back screen door, the lock sticks just slightly so you must pull the door slightly harder than you would anticipate. The interior of the home was pristine. The A/C was perfect, the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the Lanai was everything 1 could hope for on a tropical vacation. There is even 2nd floor access from the bedrooms that allow for straight out of bed access Nigel was communicative, helpful and friendly from start to finish Final recommendation for this property, GET A RENTAL CAR. Rum Point is a distance away from most points of the island. 5***** stay Thank you Nigel!

Coco Kai was everything we hoped for and more. The home was beautiful, well appointed, clean and large enough to easily accommodate our group of 10. Loved the quiet location and ocean views. So much to do right from the backyard with kayaking, snorkeling, fishing from the dock - Karen was great to provide everything we needed quickly - and the pool. Jason’s recommendation to contact Captain Ben for a boat charter was appreciated and the half day excursion was exception. It was a perfect vacation! We will definitely be back.

Beach Plum Villa is a beautiful home with everything our family needed for a fantastic vacation!

We had a fabulous stay. The property is lovely and very easy access to the Beach. Once at the Beach the staff were attentive and helpful. Shoutout to Madab for taking such good care of us. Big shout out to Lorenzo for taking care of our every need and being extremely helpful and friendly. All the staff were great. Already look at dates to reserve again next year!

Condo was spacious and clean, pool is very accessible with chairs available, ocean is a 30 second walk away with snorkeling options, restaurants within walkable distance, Amy is super approachable and responsive.

Sir Turtle Villa is why I love Airbnb. The house was exactly what we were looking for and the booking, communication, and check-in were seamless. The place and location had everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend this place.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We loved the view from the kitchen/living room right out to the ocean. It had everything we needed to be able to cook some meals at the condo during our stay. The pool was big with plenty of room for everyone who wanted to enjoy it. And we also enjoyed having access into the water right in front of the condo- we were able to snorkel the ship wreck a few times. The outdoor shared patio’s were also great to have access to and watch the sunset from. We appreciated having access to the washer and dryer as well. They also have beach chairs, small cooler and other beach supplies if you need them- which is great so you don’t have to travel with those items or rent them. There was construction going on at the large building beside the condos - it didn’t bother us too much because we were always out and about during the day exploring. Parking is tight, so a smaller car is best - we backed into the spot which was much easier to get in/out. Loved this place!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION….AMAZING!!! Right on the beach and 2 minute walk to the beach and the pool. Amazing patio(screened in) to watch the sunsets every night and the cruise ships coming in to GeorgeTown. Amy sent a text letting us know the condo was ready (early) with clear instruction on how to enter. The condo is well equipped. They offer daily house cleaning free of charge (tipping is recommended) but we did not use this service. We didn’t have any issues at all during our stay. We walked about 15 minutes to Fosters (grocery store) and Camana Bay shopping and restaurants. Very easy to get to without needing a car/transportation. Amy was very quick to respond to a request for a later checkout (1 pm) since our departure flight was later in the day. Thankfully she was able to approve the request which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at Regal Beach Club. We are already planning to go back again next year and will stay at Regal Beach Club🌅🏝️
