De un lado, se encuentra justo en el corazón de Costa Teguise, a un minuto de la playa, a pocos metros del Pueblo Marinero, junto a parques, restaurantes, tiendas y aparcamiento gratuito. De otro, al tener su acceso por calle peatonal, la paz y la tranquilidad son totales.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

A clear blue swimming pool is featured in the foreground, surrounded by well-maintained outdoor spaces. Sun loungers are positioned nearby, and whitewashed buildings are visible in the background, providing a clean and bright atmosphere.

Excelente ubicación, a 2 min de la playa de Las Cucharas y pegado al Pueblo Marinero en un complejo recién reformado totalmente, con piscina y muy tranquilo. Amplia zona de aparcamiento gratuito y gran variedad de restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas...El apartamento está totalmente equipado, muy amplio y es perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones de ensueño en Lanzarote, una isla mágica.
