Second time in Felipe's space! I have returned and will return as many times as I can for the sea view, the wonderful beach, the Aqua service, the access to Beach Park and the apartment's amenities.

The place is simply amazing! Close to the sea and with accommodations super consistent with the advertisement. It felt like home and hope to come back again.

The apartment is very nice, clean, super well located, comfortable! We traveled with my family (Group of 7 people) and we were all delighted with what the apartment and its surroundings offer. Located on the beach, with very good social areas (pool, jacuzzi, gym, 24/4 micro-market and best of all an unparalleled view. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely go back there! Hannah was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions! 5 Stars!

I was the apê do Alexandre and could not have made a better choice. O Homemeiro, Carlos, I also always request and helpful. The space is cozy, facing to the beach and has all the convenience of an apartment. In addition to privacy, the rooftop is also perfect to see the sunset and stay calm with friends and family. In my travels, it was the most complete kitchen I have ever used, because I love to cook, it had everything from items for good drinks, top quality pots, in short, appliances for everything! My time at La Casa Azul was wonderful. From the first contacts, we were treated with great kindness and with great guidance that contributed to further improve our experience. Extremely satisfied with my stay at Gabriel's place. The house is big and perfectly accommodated my family. The pool is larger than appears in the photos. The view of the river is even more beautiful in person and we did an amazing tour with one of the boats that are located nearby, I recommend to those who stay do it as it is also worth it. Gabriel was attentive throughout the stay, always answering any doubts or recommendations. When we arrived there was an issue with the refrigerator that was already being resolved. The house needs some punctual repairs, but nothing that really gets in the way, I take into account that it is a house that takes a lot of air and I understand certain wear. I highly recommend the space and I want to return for sure.

This house is worth every penny. It is exactly as it is in the description, if you doubt even much better. I've been to Icapuí three times and this was undoubtedly the best house I've ever stayed. Comfortable, very clean, has everything in the kitchen that's needed. Sitting down, near the beach, brings some differences in the routine, you only climb the buggy or the staircase, it is important to take inputs and plan in relation to the climbs. It has a Freitas market that delivers the shopping in its own house and on Saturday there was also a boy selling fish, shrimp and lobster on the beach in front of the house as well. We made the boat trip with RD, too good people and Felinho, it was the one responsible for the buggy that took us for the tour and for lunch, super sweet and good people too! It is well worth trying your stay in Picos near the beach! You can go without fear.

The house is beautiful, on the beach and has everything of excellent quality. They referred me to a great cook who provided everything. Not to mention the maid's support in cleaning and the support of a night watchman. They had things to make us feel pampered everywhere, from a simple clay pot to soak our feet when we got back from the beach, to air-conditioning the room before we went to sleep. simply impeccable!

Very well located condominium, by the sea, the apartment is on the first floor and it is easy to access the beach, facing the sea, next to the stairs that exit the balcony to the condominium patio, there is a playground, the pool is wonderful, easy and quick check-in, two parking spaces, full kitchen for preparing meals, including our breakfasts, which were every day in the apartment and we made dinner too, located near the beach park, Quiet beach to enjoy and plenty of space for children, there is a beach volleyball court that belongs to the condominium and football, I took my three dogs (Yorkshire terriers) and there was plenty of space to walk with them. Daniel is an excellent host, from the first contact until the departure from the apartment, he always responded very quickly and gave all the necessary instructions, he is to be congratulated on everything! Anyway, I recommend it and I will definitely stay at Terramaris again, an excellent place!

Simply wonderful! The apartment exceeded our expectations. The sea view is breathtaking – waking up to the sound of the waves and the sun rising on the horizon was an unforgettable experience. The location at Praia das Fontes is excellent: quiet, clean and perfect for relaxing with the family. The property is well equipped, clean and very cozy, with everything working perfectly. The balcony with a panoramic view was our favorite corner! The hostess was attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Undoubtedly a place to go back and recommend!
