My recent stay in this apartment exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The building's amenities, including a well-kept pool and a fully equipped gym, added to the overall enjoyment of the stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Ayala Mall, with numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Food delivery was also quick and easy, providing plenty of dining options. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Cebu City

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

I would definitely recommend Romeo’s place for those visiting Cebu city. The condo unit is very clean. Me and my family enjoyed staying there especially on the third day of our stay, it was raining and we decided not to go out but we still enjoyed the place feeling cozy and warm while watching Netflix. We just ordered food thru Grabfood. His place is about 10-minute walk away from Ayala Center Cebu. There are also lots of restaurants nearby. Romeo is very approachable and easy to deal with. Two thumbs up! Thank you for hosting us!

Elmer’s place was great. He really knows how to make the most of the space and had an impressive range of amenities. It’s also in a lovely area with a nice community of people. He clearly understands what Airbnb guests need and delivers it really well. Would definitely recommend!

The place is clean and very comfy. It’s just across from Ayala Center Cebu and close to stores and restaurants. The hosts, Ali & Joyce, are very responsive to requests and inquiries. They will even arrange for airport pickup which is very convenient as far as I am concerned. I definitely recommend staying here.

It was truly a great place to stay! The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Lovely, the host, is a wonder! She was incredibly helpful and kind. I will definitely be looking to stay here again!

4 of us stayed at Gerald’s place for a month. It was exactly as described. Check in was really easy and flexible with the security guard on the door. His place was spacious, clean and comfortable and in a pretty accessible location to other parts of the city and especially the port. Gerald as a host was fantastic, always checking everything was ok and offering regular cleans and top ups of amenities such as water and toiletries. I would definitely stay here again. He also has another apartment on the same floor of the building was was extremely convenient as the were travelling as a group of 8.

It had a few hiccups on the wifi since the signal might not be as good if you need a very strong one but overall I booked this for my friend who was visiting and they love it. View is amazing and the furnishing is like a hotel. Would highly recommend! Very responsive as well! Thank you!

Tarich is very responsible and proactive with her communications. She is quick to respond when something needs to be done or fixed. I rented her place for 15 days, but sadly, the air conditioner of one of the two-bedroom units broke on the last three days of our trip—good thing we were out of town for two of those three days. The place is cozy and clean. However, the towels and linens were too strongly scented. Also, prepare to buy your own toilet paper. The place looks exactly like the pictures, but I wish there were a closet in the master bedroom where you could hang your clothes. The wooden decoration takes up a lot of space! Overall, the place is a bit pricey, but it is worth it. Tarich unit is at the end of the hallway, with easy access to the emergency stairs and rooftop.

I would absolutely stay here agian. They are great about responding to messages. The book they left tells you everything you could ever need to know. There was a washer and even a oven! Its the 1st oven I have seen in Cebu! I had no problems with bugs and the rental was clean. I will be back. . Also the little restaurant across the street has the best Sisig and pork BBQ I have eaten at a restaurant. My Filipa Wife's Momma is the #1 but who can compete with Momma!

My family and I loved the place — simple yet classy (at least for us 😉). All the appliances were working well, except for the digital door lock when entering the room. However, it worked fine from the inside, and a key was provided just in case, so it wasn’t a problem. If I may suggest, perhaps consider a slightly later checkout time — 10 AM feels a bit early. Extending it to at least 12 noon would be more convenient for guests. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend the place!

We had an extremely pleasant stay. Felt very comfortable and very close to the Ocean park as well as the SM Seaside mall.

The condo unit was very comfortable to stay, Host was very accomodating, She left something in the fridge for us and it was delicious ,my kids really liked it.. this place is highly recommended to other travellers who need a place to stay. We had a fantastic stay at Victoria's Mactan Cebu condo! The place was impeccably clean and conveniently located right next to a variety of shops and restaurants, making our experience even more enjoyable. Victoria, was incredibly responsive and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! We are absolutely looking forward to our next visit to Cebu and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Exception service from WY! The room was very spacious and clean ( except for some mold in kitchen cabinets). Fresh duvet and big clean fluffy towels. The host is super responsive. Views are great. The furniture was comfortable and clean. There was an issue with the washer , and it was resolved within an hour. Lots of food options , Robinson & 711. WY ‘s standard is exceptional so we book a different room after this booking was complete. Very accommodating!!! Tennis court was available and in decent condition. Great branding one we can trust for future visits. Thank you

We stayed at Julie's place as a family of 7 and the place was perfect for our stay in Cebu. We particularly liked the shops for the convenience of being able to pop downstairs for something to eat. Having the pools was fantastic for the kids in the hot afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Julie:)

Since we checked in into a neat and tidy Airbnb, we also left it neat and tidy. The unit is good as advertised. Clean and modern interior, very accessible. Parking though is not free. Overall, our stay was excellent.
