The villa itself was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens, tidy rooms, and a modern, welcoming ambiance. Bali feels! 🌴 Everything felt secure and peaceful, ideal for a quiet getaway. The location is also ideal, situated right beside the national highway, making it easy to travel and explore the area. Despite its proximity to the road, the property remained peaceful and quiet inside. What really stood out was the staff – they were incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located place with great service. I’d definitely stay here again!

The owners are very friendly, hospitable, and approachable. Place is very private, perfect for families who want to spend quality time together. Will definitely recommend this to our friends.

This was one of the most pleasant Airbnb stays I’ve had. The house was exceptionally clean, with housekeeping every other day, and it always smelled amazing thanks to the scented sticks placed throughout. The host was very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. While it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurants, the location is peaceful and quiet, and both Dumuluan Beach and dining spots are still within reach. Because it’s slightly off the main area, the pricing is also very affordable for what you get. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and budget-friendly place to stay with a relaxed vibe—this is a great choice.

There is no hot water, but due to the nature of the weather, it is not a big problem. Multiple rooms and a private pool depth The details were all good. However, the water tastes a little salty. Don't forget to bring a shower filter! Considering this, it was a great place to stay.

You can go to the sea through Ilsoño. Moalboal is the first priority of the sea, so you can enjoy the sea without having to go to Chilliba, and there is a swimming pool in the villa, so I played in the pool in the evening. Cats that come every day are another heart healing! It was a private house, so I was able to play music in the evening and talk about the day with my family. I was so happy during my stay at the villa. The space and people were so lovely.

My family enjoyed staying at CDM. Hosts were very responsive to our needs/requests, and the caretaker Gidz was super attentive and knowledgeable about the area (gave us recommendations where to buy fresh fish, got us coconuts, even gave us a tour of Inambakan Falls). Beach is beautiful, and rooms were clean and spacious. If you want a peaceful time with a group, this is the place to be. Thanks to Eden and Hanz for an amazing stay, we could've easily stayed longer.

It was a three-generation family trip, and it was a very comfortable place to stay with my family. The barbecue and helper helped me eat well, and the children could swim every day, so it was a satisfying trip. ^ ^ Especially, the Savemore was right across the street, so it was convenient to walk to the grocery store, and it was so nice that the Noah Massage Shop was also nearby. It was my first trip to Cebu because the host connected me right away if I needed a grocery store or a travel company, but it was a very satisfying trip!! I'll definitely use it again next time ~ ^ ^

Our Executive James was fully satisfied with his experience staying at this property. It was better than the photos. You truly have to experience it firsthand, to fully appreciate it. The host Melody was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful whenever help was needed. Their on-premises staff were also helpful with everyday tasks and chores when asked. However, at the same time, during the entire stay, they never bothered the guests unnecessarily and instead provided full privacy. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and providing peace and quiet. Communicating with Melody and their staff was easy, fast, and precise. The villa was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and it was nice and private. Ronan was a great host and was always contactable. The group thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This villa is ideal for a group staying in Panglao.

This property far exceeded our expectations. We were looking for somewhere close to Sumilon Island and the whale shark tours. It was even closer than the map indicated. You can see the island from the property and the boat dock was 5 minutes away. The whale shark tour was about 2 minutes farther. The surroundings were exceptional. We snorkeled every day right off of the property and saw everything we could imagine in 3 days. There were sea turtles, dolphins, and we did not even need the whale shark tour as they passed by right in front of the property. Moreover, the place comes with an exceptional staff that provides everything you need. Fay and Jay were also wonderful. This is a hidden gem in Cebu. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed in a large group and it was a lovely memory. We used drinks in the facility, etc., but the method of counting local staff was unclear, so there was a little distrust.

Very nice and clean place. Everything was according to the description. Nice pool in the yard. Plenty of room. Felt very good and secured. Staff was helpful and made everything so we could feel as comfortable as possible. Nice balconies.:) Highly recommended if you are in a region!:)

A Relaxing Pleace at Nora's Place! We had a fantastic stay at Nora’s Place in Bohol! The place is clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful greenery — perfect for relaxing. The rooms were cozy and well-kept, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They helped us with transportation and gave great local tips. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

A great stay in this just amazing house! The sea water was agitated so not great for snorkeling and apartment to enjoy this dream environment there is not much to do... however if you come with the idea of a relaxing stay or with friends.

Matches the photos, a villa arranged as a studio with two double beds, kitchen accessories and a clean bathroom. Good location. Clean private pool and very cute and well kept garden. Possibility to rent a scooter at 350 pesos per day (March 2025). Great value for money!

This is a beautiful hidden gem in Dauis. We didn't want to stay too close to panglao because of noise, traffic and clutter. Dauis is a convenient distance from both the airport and attractions in Alona and surrounding sights in neighbouring municipalities. If needed, grab or tricycles are easy to hail with assistance from the subdivision guards. while there's no laundry facilities at the house itself, it is very close to a laundry shop with very reasonable prices that also offers pickup. For the price, the value is amazing. We were nestled in a well guarded subdivision with easy access to a well maintained pool and function area. If you want a feel of true filipino hospitality, you can't go wrong as the guards and the subdivision attendants will quickly be great friends that offer local tips and recommendations. definitely a must book for people who aren't fussed about being close to alona and for those who prefer a more authentic provincial experience

It was satisfying enough for a family of five. It was a more enjoyable trip with Mr. Bong Lao's kindness, quick response, and various information. All good here. Very private place, but only 5 minutes to Alona if you want beach and night life. Service was extraordinary!
