A casa independente está inserida no segundo piso da Casa Principal, com dois lanços de escadas , dispõe de um bom quarto, wc, sala comum com sofá cama e equipada com uma completa Kitchenette, televisão e WiFi . We are in the Upper Douro, bathed by the river. We have this small independent house - the Casa do Losango - and also three rooms in the main house.

De studio is onderdeel van het grote authentieke woonhuis van de Nederlandse eigenaren, gelegen in Provesende, een traditioneel en, sinds een aantal jaren, beschermd wijndorp in het hart van de Dourovallei. Unesco werelderfgoed. In het huis bevinden zich drie studio's met eigen ingang en twee kamers. De tuin en het zwembad zijn voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik.
