Flat is located on the 4th floor of the building with NO ELEVATOR! Cihangir is a hilly area with up/down&stairs. Which might not be suitable for the elderly or guests with infants. I am waiting for you for a pleasant Istanbul holiday in a comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. My house has a tourist rental permit from the Ministry of Tourism in accordance with local laws.
