Nice and quite area, away from tourist areas. 5 min walk to train station, so easy access to central areas Good bus service to Uskudar seafront and nearby shopping centre lots of restaurants close by and much cheaper than tourist areas. Hüseyin was very quick to respond and helpful in all matters Would love to come back again

Worth staying at, close to many attractions and not a bad walk. Lots of food nearby!

I liked this flat because of the location which is pretty close to ferries/metro also close to bars and restaurants. Eren is friendly and was very flexible on my check in and check out. Of course as others mentioned, be aware that this street gets crowded because of the clubs. I wasn’t bothered though.

Above all else, the host's communication was exemplary - nothing was ever too much trouble, and whatever we needed/wanted was sent over to us almost instantly (via the on-site 'housekeeping manager'). This made our stay really comfortable :) The living and dining area is spacious and well appointed, and has a large window that opens wide to let the fresh breeze in. Two well-stocked supermarkets are just downstairs too (although they close by 9 pm). However, the mattress (particularly in the inner bedroom) could do with replacement.. we found it to be very springy and soft. Also, the building is located on quite a steep hill.. which you'll climb on the way out, and roll down on the way back home.. not ideal if travelling with very young kids/strollers, and or folks with mobility challenges. Having said that, old town Istanbul is quite hilly on the whole.. Overall, if you're fit and don't mind burning a few extra calories on every trip out, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this flat!

Thoroughly enjoyed the location of Kerem’s place. Great views, and handy to metro. The breakfast served on the rooftop was a highlight. Friendly staff and helpful.

Great place to stay with reasonable price

Stayed here June of 2025, I only had 2 nights in Istanbul on my way back from Central Asia. This is a great place, super close to the blue mosque and haggia Sophia, as well as tons of restaurants and shops. Guesthouse is great nice rooms (mine even had a great view of the Bosphorus), and the breakfast terrace on the roof has a spectacular view. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend.

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, da die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit waren und die Unterkunft eine sehr zentrale und dennoch relativ ruhige Lage hat. Nur sind in der Küchenzeile leider keine Utensilien wie Besteck vorhanden.
