Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Central Abaco

First time renting a home in Treasure and it was exactly what we hoped for. The owners were incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating. The canal had all kinds of sea life including dolphin, sea turtle, and snapper. We actually sight a small grouper on a fishing line. The house was very warm and felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay here again!

My colleagues used this Airbnb whilst working in Marsh Harbour. The host ensured we had early check in, the place was immaculate and an incredible location. I am looking forward to booking with my family and being able to enjoy this space

What a gorgeous setting with beautiful water and 180° panoramic view. We had a great time, taking out the kayaks that were provided and paddle board. Great and easy access to the water where our family spent time, snorkeling and enjoying the beach. We had five adults and three kids, and we had very spacious accommodations inside this well appointed house. We had small issues, but they were attended to very quickly, and Carl the property manager even came out on one of their holidays to help us. One issue that we did have was the loss of power for short periods of time, but we were in contact with the manager and understood what to expect to the best of his ability. Finally, Robert was very attentive to our needs throughout the entire process and was an excellent host. We felt like we had the best place in this area and we would definitely come back if we’re ever in the Bahamas again. Jeni and Jay

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Kelly’s beautiful condo. The condo is very spacious and was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the view cannot be beat! We appreciated all the extras Kelly provided such as beach towels, salt and pepper, tide pods, dishwashing tablets and so much more. It truly helped out. We had the best time and cannot wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was walking distance to the beach and a very short golf cart ride to a beach we called "The Point." The king size beds in all the bedrooms were really appreciated. Geoffrey was very informative and responsive to us if we needed anything. The water pressure was very weak in the entire house. This was likely out of the owner's control, but it did make showering and doing dishes difficult. The kitchen could also use some bowls (there were none), baking sheets, and a few other cooking utensils (spatula, cooking spoons). It would also be nice if there were beach chairs for renters' use. We made it all work with what we had though. The dock at the house was large and had deep water, so it was perfect for our boat! All in all, we had a great stay at this very nice and clean home.

The location of the condo in this community is a quiet end unit, yet the pool and outdoor kitchen pavilion are only a few steps away. We used the dock for our boat and the community provides ice for filling coolers!! Downtown Treasure is within walking distance to get to the market, liquor store, and of course Florence’s Cafe for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. All appliances, cooking items, coffee maker, beach towels, and plenty of seating is provided in the condo too. Great place to stay!

Considering I'm half Abaconian as my family hails from "Down The Shore" I litterally felt like I was home in Cedar Harbour. I most definitely will be staying there again.

I felt so lucky that I found this place. We needed a single-night stay before our flight the next day, after spending a week on a charter boat. We were able to check in early, which allowed us to take a ferry to another island to explore. The location worked for us, especially since there was a small convenience store and a food takeaway place right next door. It is on a frequently traveled road, but traffic tapers off in night. The place was clean and very nicely appointed with high-end appliances, AC, fans, even a washer and dryer. Our taxi driver was impressed! The owner was very quick to respond to messages and was even able to bring over an extra sheet for the sleeper sofa. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This little duplex is in such an incredible location. You can stroll out the front door for snorkeling and swimming, and there is an incredible amount of wildlife in the waters near the property. You are far away from everything here, including restaurants, so I highly recommend you pick up all the groceries you need in Marsh Harbour, and plan to cook. Crossing Rocks did have an awesome place for takeaway, called Talkies. The jerk pit on the weekends served up amazing Caribbean food. Slow down and enjoy life at Causarina Point.

For a quick work trip, this rental was a gem. Easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. The unit was super clean and comfortable.

We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful spot! Great location and perfect space for our small group. It was everything we needed and more! We would definitely come back!

My family and I really loved our stay. We are a family of six and one of our kids is an infant. The resort had a pack and play we were able to rent, which was convenient. The unit was very clean and really nice and had a great view of the ocean. The staff at the resort was extremely friendly and they helped us coordinate everything like Taxi to the ferry boat, golf cart rental and local recommendations. The beach is insane, one of the best beaches I’ve ever seen in my life. Would recommend this stay to anyone!

Noreen and Eric could not have been nicer and were very helpful with information about the area when had trouble finding somewhere to eat on a Mondat night. The place was great and would be awesome for an extended stay or a large family or people with a boat! It was just 2 of us but we loved the location and the hosts we're amazing!

We loved our stay in Treasure Cay. The view was breathtaking. Treasure Cay beach is the most beautiful beach you will find. It feels like a private beach because you see so few people on it. The condo was very cute and clean. The beds were comfy. We will definitely stay there again.

Victoria was a great host. When the hot water heater quit working, she came up with a great solution which enable us to take hot showers. Her knowledge of the local area and things to do from a "tourist perspective" was great; we took her up on her advice and had a great time. The condo was beautiful on the inside and very modern and clean. Everything worked (hot water heater went out, see above), but stuff happens and I certainly can't fault Ed and Victoria, especially with Victoria being so quick to come up with a workable solution that we were able to use for the rest of the stay. The wifi (Starlink) worked great and allowed me to get some work done and my teenage daughter to communicate and carry-on as if she was back in the states. Thanks for all you did, and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Great Abaco!

Our stay at the Bahama Beach Club was fantastic. This condo has the best location in the complex, right on the beach. The views from most of the rooms are exceptional 180 degree panoramas of the Treasure Cay beach. The condo itself is very spacious with more than enough room for our family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, spices, coffee, tea, etc. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Alan’s condo is very convenient and the dock was right outside the door, with dock lines available for use. Everything in the unit was fresh and new. I would highly recommend, especially if you come by boat, or plan to rent a boat from Treasure Boat Rentals.

super awesome place right on the best beach in the abacos. walk or golf cart to everything. rent a center console from dive guana. Paul was great from start to finish and we hope to get back there soon.
