Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for enjoying a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. Without a doubt, an excellent option for those looking for comfort and good service!

Excellent stay at Alicia's house, it far exceeded our expectations, the house is impeccable, with a beautiful view, and Alicia is very kind and always attentive to every detail.

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. Most definitely worth the asking price. A spacious one storey house with a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen. I don't know where they got the pillows from, but best nights' sleep I have had in a long time. Jeffrey was there to greet me when I arrived and was pleasantly welcoming.

With his Guillermo’s Airbnb, you get “2 for 1” deal with 2 bedrooms/1bathroom for what seems like you would pay for 1 bedroom, fully-furnished apartment. Very clean. The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. Tatiana's apartment is very complete, comfortable and its decoration is beautiful. The complex in which it is located is quiet and safe. It has parking. Very close to the airport and Asunción. Easy to get to. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

A cozy studio with everything you need in the heart of Asunción – just a few blocks from the Pantheon, other attractions and restaurants. Steph was very friendly and helpful from the first contact. She even allowed me to enter the studio early in the morning, as I had to leave my previous accommodation before 10 a.m. Steph was very proactive and gave many useful tips. In the studio itself, I found a thick binder with a lot of background information and addresses of laundries, restaurants, and more. In addition, she always kindly informed me about the many events that took place in the city. Thanks to their support, I was able to take part in a free city tour on my first day.

Very good house museum, pleasant and cozy, the hostess arranged everything we needed and more for our stay. Excellent location and very quiet area, a courtyard with lots of greenery to hang out in peace.

It's just as shown in the pictures, clean and very organized, it's prepared for long stays. However, in the short time I was there, my family and I received the necessary support and information for my stay!! The cobbled street is terrible, but that's not the fault of the service provider. It's clear that Rodrigo went above and beyond in his attentiveness! Thank you

It's a very well located place. There are shops a 5-minute walk away. Building employees are very kind (as well as locals).

Jonathan was a 10, always friendly and available for any concerns. The apartment is luxurious, with all the amenities, air conditioning that freezes, a washing machine in case you stay for many days, many places to shop and if you go by car there is always a place to park. Very happy with the place.
