We had a wonderful stay at this authentic old house in the heart of Plovdiv’s Old Town. The location is perfect, surrounded by historic charm and within walking distance of amazing cafes, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. The house itself is beautifully preserved, offering a cozy and unique experience. The host was welcoming and responsive, making my stay even more enjoyable. They had very good instructions prepared. Highly recommended for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Plovdiv’s rich history!

we had a lovely 2 days in the heart of the old town. the little house was perfect and the secluded courtyard at the front provided extra space for relaxing in the warm october weather. our hosts were very friendly, helpful and always nearby if we needed anything. well worth the money.

Not only is this house the perfect location for everything in Plovdiv, but Chavdar is very friendly, easy to communicate with, and gave us great local tips. Cannot recommend this place enough!

A beautiful apartment with access to a lovely garden, only ten minutes from the centre of town, in a quiet part of Plovdiv, yet only a couple of minutes away from the Markovo Tepe Mall, which houses a good sized supermarket in the basement. Cozy home with a very comfortable bed and separate living room/kitchen. Everything functioned well, and the house is private and not exposed to the street, making it very quiet. The location is perfect, right next to a park and a short walk from the main shopping area and the Old Town. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive. I had a wonderful stay!

We stayed at Adnan’s place for 2.5 weeks and had a great experience. He is a communicative host who got us a few things we needed, and was very friendly. And although it’s not in center, it’s easily accessible to the center by bus (which costs 1 leva), and also in easy walking distance to a TMarket, Lidl and Kaufland Hypermarket. The apartment itself is comfortable and had fast wifi. The only we would have liked is a bit more natural light, but it had a nice work desk surrounded by trees which helped a lot.

Loved the place! Me, my husband and our two dogs felt right at home. The location is 10/10, everything you need is nearby. We will definitely save it for another time!

A beautiful apartment, better than described, and that surpasses the majority of homes in Plovdiv. Spacious, very clean, fully equipped and with two large terraces. A few minutes walk from the city center, bus station and train station, and with many shops, including pharmacies, less than 100 meters away. Unfortunately, apartment no longer available for my next visit. Hurry to book if you want to take advantage of it!

Elena's place is wonderful - clean, brand new, artistic, with modern equipment and great amenities, TV in each room. We very much liked the slippers provided for each guest, very comfy 🙂 Location is good. There is free public parking, subject to availability. If you like McDonald's it is a few steps away 🙂 I highly recommend Elena's apartment and would definitely book it again should we need place to stay in Plovdiv.

The apartment is as described, it is easy to find parking near the accommodation, 50 meters away there are two small food stores. The host was attentive to any questions or concerns we had, and we were also very grateful for a couple of welcome gifts he had left for us. The exterior of the building is very neglected (but this is not the owner's fault). However, the interior of the apartment is completely renovated, with everything you need for a pleasant stay and very well insulated from the outside. The neighborhood is quiet and a few minutes walk away there are several restaurants. Google Maps accurately indicates the building in which the apartment is located.

An excellent location, the flat is nestled between the Old Town and the lively Kapana district, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the historic city of Plovdiv. Only downside was the wifi wasn't working, maybe worth double checking if you need it.
