The apartment is located on the shore of the clear and drinkable Päijänne lake. You have access to all the comforts of summer cottages, from air conditioning to sauna, and for an additional fee of 50 euros per time, a large wooden hot tub on the beach. You can enjoy swimming, fishing or just staying on the lake with a rowboat, and a canoe is also available.

This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

And you can even see a pair of swans on the lake from the window. The nearby rapids offer beautiful views and you can spot the beaver family in the area. A separate sauna building, which will be completed in 08/2025, also offers a beautiful view of the lake. In a very beautiful location, the cottage is easy to relax and enjoy good company.

Well-maintained winter trails pass by the villa, with multiple pairs of snowshoes free to use. Outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi) can be rented for 160€/stay. Note: If you want bed linens and towels, they can be rented separately for 20 euros per person. This is a common practice for holiday cottages in Finland.
