Cozzy Casa

Newly built Modern apartment on first floor with two bedrooms equipped with A/C, spacious living room with tv, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine, whereas the ground floor is occupied by my family and I. The house is located 20mins drive to the Belle Mare public beach and 5mins walk to the pier, where you can take ferry boat to ile aux cerf(small island in the east coast famous for its beaches and water activities). Villa Poema is an exquisite beachfront house with a stunning view of the ocean. It is composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, pool, a fully equipped kitchen and a front and back patio. Villa Poema has its own secluded beach and is also situated opposite a natural forest trail park. Situated on the East of the island, it is 40 km from the airport. Very close to local food stores and supermarkets as well to high end restaurants and hotels to authentic dining places.

Directly situated on the beach and very well designed, the villa has 2 double bedrooms with 2 en suite bathrooms + 2 rooms accommodating 6 single beds and a shared bathroom. The price includes 5 hours per day of the services of a woman who cooks and cleans the house. Asha is the absolute star of the house and a fantastic cook!

It is ideal for short (3 nights minimum) or long stays. Located 3 kilometers from the center of the resort. Land of 4,000 m2 without vis-à-vis. You will have a housekeeper for the cleaning. Possibility of a chef at home (in organization with Anahita).

Waterfront apartment

Our apartment is in the first position on Roches Noires beach. Even though the neighborhood is developing, Roches Noires remains one of the most authentic beaches in Mauritius. You can enjoy the sea with peace of mind. However, within a radius of 1.5 to 2 km you will find a grocery store, bakery, greengrocer and 4 or 5 restaurants. You are between Grand Baie and Flacq and you can get there quickly by car.
