Holiday rentals with beach access in Central Greece

The studio apartment is located in a secluded and quiet spot among the trees. It's in a beautiful building and it's a 7 minute drive to the centre of Skopelos. It has an amazing beach only a 5 minute drive from there. Everything was clean and tidy and the host was super responsive. Only a couple of things were odd but they didn't lessen our experience. Even though there's a box for the key, we met with Rania's sister to guide us to the place which was a sweet, but unnecessary touch. During the check out instructions they asked us to remove all the rubbish ourselves, and then to also place all our towels in a box. I found it weird that there's a cleaning fee but we still had to remove the trash ourselves.

We had an absolutely lovely time at Eleni's apartment! From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The location is unbeatable-just steps from the beach, allowing us to enjoy swims in the morning as well as being able to eat breakfast outside whilst looking at the sea. It's really peaceful but also so close to lots of restaurants and bars as well as the local shop. Eleni was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed and even provided a lovely welcome basket of local treats for our arrival. We're already dreaming of our next visit to this slice of paradise. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene beachside escape!

L’appartement est super. Leonidas répond très rapidement et est très accueillant

Ce logement est très agréable notamment pour son accès direct à la mer. De nombreux sites archéologiques sont accessibles en moins d'une heure. Le propriétaire est très réactif et les petites attentions (bouteille de vin local et confiture maison) sont très appréciables.

Schöne große helle Wohnung direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung ist größer, als die Bilder erwarten lassen. Tolles sauberes Bad mit Badewanne. Die Armaturen sind vollständig intakt. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte perfekt. Viel Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern. Bequeme große Betten mit Kissen in verschiedenen Härtegraden. Klimaanlagen leise und voll funktionsfähig. Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen funktionierten einwandfrei. Große Terrasse von allen Zimmern begehbar. Liegestühle für den Strand vorhanden, Handtücher ebenfalls. Umgebung noch schöner, als google maps erwarten lässt. 2 große Supermärkte und Bäcker in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute bis sehr Gute Tavernen in 8 Minuten. Der Strand vor der Tür ist perfekt für tägliches Baden auch mit Kindern geeignet. Wir trugen sicherheitshalber Badeschuhe wegen der vielen Muscheln. Die meisten anderen gingen ohne Badeschuhe. Wohnung wurde wöchentlich gereinigt. Katerina war sehr freundlich und war stets erreichbar

This was our second time in the apartment and we had a wonderful time again. Super central location and the apartment has everything you need. Alexandros is a great host and helps whenever you have a question. Would come back anytime.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Maria's apartment. The apartment is very comfortable with a beautiful balcony that had breath taking views! The location was amazing, next to Skiathos towns vibrant Papadiamanti Street, with it's many fabulous restaurants, shops and bars. You need to ascend many steps so good mobility is essential but the view is worth the climb.

This a small but lovely stone beach house. There is a large patio outside the door, which opens out onto the amazing view beyond the patio. There is a beautiful little pool just off the patio. But for us, the highlight was the beach. Just below the wall of the patio, literally steps away, is a lovely, quiet stretch of pebbled beach. We swam as the sun came up. It was beautiful. The house is on the property with another house, but, although friendly and helpful, the owners did not intrude or bother us in any way. We really enjoyed our time here. We hope we can come back again one day!

Grossartig und entspannend! Sehr freundlicher Empfang und super Kommunikation via Chatportal von Airbnb. Frische Tomaten, Gurken und Aprikosen aus dem eigenen Garten und Eier von den eigenen Hühner. Für Nachschub war auch immer gesorgt. Die Aussicht ist Atemberaubend! Im Infinitypool konnte man sich wunderbar abkühlen. Dieser war stehts sauber und die Wassertemperatur immer sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist äusserst ruhig, will man auswärts Essen gehen- so erreicht man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten die Strandpromenade. Schön war auch, das es nicht so touristisch ist- man erlebt also eine sehr authentische atmosphäre. Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Ausflug nach Patras oder Nafpaktos. Beides sehr schön! Wie haben uns stehts sicher und willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank

Agréable séjour dans ce petit nid douillet au calme, entre Loutraki et Corinthe. Le lieu est magnifique, l’arrivée dans le jardin avec piscine nous a littéralement coupé le souffle. Non seulement nos hôtes sont accueillants, mais très réactifs net disponibles quand à des demandes de linge de mails et de draps. Les recommandations de Nancy pour les courses ont été bénéfiques, puisqu’il y a non seulement un petit supermarché à 2 min en voiture, mais surtout en face un restaurant pittoresque avec une cuisine de qualité et une vue imprenable sur la baie , avec en prime, un merveilleux coucher de soleil. Merci à nos hôtes pour la qualité du logement, sa propreté et son calme. La piscine est tout juste un pet bijou. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain voyage en Grèce.

On s'attendait à quelque chose de top et on a été plus que comblés! La vue est grandiose, le logement est impeccable, design, confort, rien ne manque. Il n'y a pas plus paisible que ce logement sans vis à vis et où nous n'entendions que le bruit agréable des grillons, accès rapide à des petites criques peu fréquentées même en plein mois d'Aout. Catherine et Alexandre sont des hôtes disponibles et serviables, merci encore pour ce superbe séjour.

Christo and Anna, Katerina’s parents, who live below the apartment were welcoming and respectful. The setting is an oasis of peace in a well tended garden on the side of a hill overlooking the Aegean. Not a Greek or foreign neighbor or tourist in sight. We ate our breakfasts on the veranda enjoying a Cycladic panorama accompanied by the sounds of ducks, geese, chickens and happy sleeping pets. It was the brightest rental we could find, fully air conditioned and with reliable hot water, good kitchen and washing machine. Our hosts became our friends. They shared their eggs and true Greek filoxenia. Their recommendations for tavernas were excellent especially Platanos in Miloi. Their knowledge of good beaches and hikes was really helpful. We loved our stay at Katerina’s parent’s house. It was a home away from home.

За нас престоя при Vasily беше прекрасно преживяване,всъщност повече-място на което се отпуснахме и почувствахме красотата и спокойствието на Гърция, поръсена с аромат на риган,жасмин и лимони .Потънахме в тишината на залива,хапвахме прясна рибка,карахме колелета,плувахме,наслаждавахме се на красотите наоколо и си мислехме,че това място е дар.Домакина е изключително мил,човечен,точен и отзивчив човек.Къщата е с чудна локация,нямахме никакви затруднения в откриването и паркирането.Вътре много чиста,грижливо помислена да е част от тихия,красив залив,носи безбрежието на Гърция-непретенциозна,лека и помислина в детайл.Имахме всичко необходимо да се чувстваме спокойни с малко дете .Градината е етажирана и красива с прекрасна гледка към залива и място да зареждаме електрическите колелета.Отпред има кейче за лодка.Милина е близкото селце за пазаруване и тавернички,има и детска площадка.Благодарим от Все сърце,ние ще идваме отново и отново и отново:)))!!!

Central location, spacious apartment and host very accommodating and responsive. Great to have a washing machine. The baked cookies and fresh fruit a bonus!

INCROYABLE ! Ce logement est tout simplement incroyable. Je n'ai jamais eu ça dans les nombreux Airbnb ou je suis allée. Pleins d attentions à notre arrivée et une communication avec Dionysis parfaite. Un balcon très bien aménagé où il est agréable de s y poser et un emplacement dans un quartier très mignon et proche de la mer. Je recommande ce logement x1000.

Me and my friend loved our week here. Before we had even arrived Anna was helpful and quick to respond to any questions, she helped bus a taxi from the airport straight to the airport (and the same when we were travelling home), and even let us access the apartment earlier than 3pm to drop bags off! Artemida is a lovely location, beautiful beaches and great restaurants just on the doorstep. There’s little convenience stores round the corner, or a My Marker (a bigger supermarket) only 10 minutes walk away, which we found had everything we needed when getting some food in for our stay. The apartment is also above a cafe and a pharmacy. We loved having both balconies to enjoy the sea and watch the sun set/rise. The public transport is easy to navigate too, we had a day in Athens by getting the bus and the train! Overall, a lovely mix of city and sea and by the end of the week we wished we had more time :)

Pekné ubytovanie, asi 15 min. Autom od letiska, Vangelis bol veľmi milý a odviezol nás ráno na letisko, takisto poradil akými spojmi sa dostať na apartmán, ďakujeme krásne😍

Una chica súper simpática , resolutiva en cada duda o consulta que tenía, contesta en minutos a todo lo que necesites. Sentía seguridad a la hora de estar en este apartamento. En cuanto al apartamento súper moderno , estiloso y limpio cerca del centro a 10 min andando.

L'appartement d'Antigoni disposait de tout le nécessaire, et la terrasse est très agréable. Antigoni a répondu à toutes nos questions de manière réactive. Nous recommandons son logement.

Marilena est une personne soucieuse de ses voyageurs. Elle met tout en oeuvre pour que l'on passe un bon séjour. Tant dans la communication, les recommandations et la prestation qu'elle offre. Merci aussi aux habitants de nous avoir accueilli toujours avec le sourire. Nous avons pu faire tout ce que l'on souhaitait ( marche, plage, visite d'Athenes, plaisir gustatif, baignade, bain de soleil..).
