Cabin holiday rentals in Central Hungary

The place is exactly as pictured, beautiful, tastefully decorated, sparkling clean, and peaceful. Night tub bathing and breakfast were our favorite on the sunny bird song patio. The host was helpful and kind! We'd love to go back anytime!

I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in a peaceful, tranquil place. The place was perfectly equipped and has everything you can imagine. We had a great time

We had a very pleasant and relaxing weekend in Falloskút, which was a huge part of Mátralak accommodation. Clean, comfortable, and tidy interior, quiet neighborhood, and the tub provided wonderful relaxation. Overall, we found the Mátra apartment to spend a romantic weekend, I highly recommend it! :)

Cozy and well rested, responsive host.

Very pleasant neighborhood, suitable for both hiking and relaxation. The accommodation also gave us this feeling and we did not have to go far to feel ourselves in nature. In the morning, we could enjoy nature from the living room.

We had a great stay! The accommodation offers a beautiful view and a perfect location, especially in the summer — but honestly, it’s a great place to visit all year round. The heating works really well, so it’s warm and cozy even in the colder months. It’s quiet, clean, and well-equipped. I'm quite particular about bedding, and I was pleasantly surprised — everything smelled fresh and was spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfortable, the TV had a great selection of channels, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. We visit Esztergom regularly, so we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended accommodation and a wonderful host!

We had a great time in the house and were able to make beautiful excursions. There is a lot of space in the house. We were not even aware that there are two kitchens and two bathrooms. There is actually a lot of space for 6 people. For example, there is no bed on the middle floor. There are still a few chairs missing in the living room, there are 3 too few. The great view is worth mentioning, but you buy it with a steep climb to the house. On foot, this is really only recommended for fit people, otherwise a car is mandatory.

Dear Viki and Edi + Füge Kuckó, Our booked weekend was my boyfriend's last birthday present, so it was a surprise for him. Which was very successful because of the following lines: We're still amazed at what a miracle stay this is! The nook is very well designed, order, cleanliness, nice furniture. The only smart TV we've ever encountered in a place :D, so it was perfect for an evening's rest. Attentive waters in the fridge, complimentary wine (our favorite) on the table. The garden is also beautiful, maintained. Lots of flowers, cute sculptures, lots of opportunities to sit out - covered - not covered), tools for all sorts of campfire baking. There is also a very good environment for walking, and there is a lake for walking. It's very easy to get in, no one was waiting for anyone, we didn't have to set a time when we would arrive. As a landlord, quick and very kind responses. It was all great, we both recharged, thank you. 10/100!

We booked Attila's farmhouse very much at the last minute, with our stay coinciding with Christmas. Pre-arrival, Attila called to make sure that everything was good and to answer any questions that we may have...and then, upon arrival Attila greeted us and helped us settle in quickly (and all in great English!). Despite below zero temperatures outside the farmhouse was surprisingly warm and cosy, with the central log-burning ceramic fireplace a real feature of the house. The separate sitting room/snug was lovely for family evenings and the kitchen well enough equipped to get us through some challenging Christmas cooking. The surrounding woodland gave us some beautiful hiking (with our dog). Anyway, we loved our stay and would totally recommend both the area and the farmhouse. Many thanks, Attila.

This place is a true gem and we're so happy to have found it! The farm house is cosy and surrounded by beautiful green surroundings. Nárcisz is a very nice host and made sure we had everything we needed. A special highlight was her wonderful beautiful horse who is roaming around freely and so lovely. Highly recommended for everyone who loves animals and nature!

If you’re looking to go away from a big city, and enjoy the nature and silence - that’s the place for you!

Оксанушка is amazing host. We spent only 2 nights in her apartment but It was great.

The accommodation is located on a tranquil cul-de-sac. After our arrival, we were able to occupy the clean cottage that had been pleasantly air-conditioned by then. We went with a dog, and he was waiting for fresh water on the terrace, and our four-legged garden could be sniffing around because of the stable fence. The building itself is a great renovated vacation home, everything was as described and pictured. At the end of the garden is the forest, nearby the Királyrét forest railway, there is a restaurant within walking distance, and you are down on the Danube bank in about five minutes by car. Gábor was a helpful host, he told us at our request about the special fauna of the area and the options nearby. We highly recommend it!

Liberta was extremely kind and attentive. My dog and I stayed with her. If you prefer for luxury you will be disappointed, but if you are looking for simplicity, peace and quiet and are just passing through, I would recommend it.

A little hidden jewelry box in nature ! We really loved the dock, the canoe, the layout of the cottage, the Ping-pong in the yard , one word for everything! I highly recommend it with a child, my little boy especially enjoyed watching the frogs' dryer, turtles, and swans. Thank you for everything!

What to say. We staid at this gem of a place throughout the Easter holidays. It was simply a perfect stay. Peter and Dóri were the most welcoming guests, and their little piece of paradise has everything a person needs: piece of nature, strand of water, a breathtaking little house thoroughly thought to have all the essentials.

Great environment, inside. Design comfort Bird chirping, surrounded by huge trees, a log cabin with an ingenious summer kitchen and a terrace. I'm sure I'll come back here!

Quiet , close tolake accommodation. Designed to relax

I came here to find some days of peace and to escape the busy city of Budapest. I loved my stay from beginning to end. The house is perfect for 1 person but can host 2 in separate bed rooms. The surrounding is really green and calm. You can see the river from the terrace. I mediated on it every day. From the house you can start several hiking/ trail running tracks. I discovered a new track every day. The house has everything you need for a short stay. Even a Nespresso machine :) You can walk in 10 minutes to the town. The communication was perfect and Tom is really friendly. Thank you so much for everything!

We really liked Judit's place, a peaceful, cozy cottage, close to the lakes, in an intimate environment. We only went for a day, but it was completely comfortable for five people, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I really liked it, we would love to come back later, Judit was very friendly and flexible! :)
