Please note that we are approximately 1.5km from the CBD. Cottage has access to the back garden with mature trees and lawn. Comfortably sleeps two adults only or two adults and two children on the double sleeper couch. Not suitable for four adults. Safe parking for one vehicle per booking.

Kerneelia Farm Cottage, at Doornkraal

Luxury meets Karoo hospitality at Kerneelia, a quaint and secluded cottage with a wonderful mountain view on our Klein Karoo farm near De Rust. This romantic cottage is located on Doornkraal, a farm that has been in the loving hands of five generations of our Le Roux family. Come take in the fresh air and explore our farm on foot or bicycle. We also offer horseback riding, a great way to see the area and get to know our beloved horses. Included in rate: A bottle of wine, some fire wood.

Serendipity Guest Cottage

Beautiful newly built cottage centrally located in the historic town of Prince Albert. Sumptuous, warm, and cosy with a modern feel. The cottage offers stunning Karoo views and a chillout spot on the upstairs balcony. The main bedroom has a very comfortable King-size XL bed and en-suite bathroom. Pullout Double bed for 2 young children - max 13 y.o., or 1 older person, @ an additional R350 /night. It features a lovely bright, spacious living area, lounge, dining & fully-equipped kitchen.

Expect ideal amenities for a traveling family of 2adults and 2children. The family unit offers 2 tastefully decorated bedrooms: one which offers a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds. Our bedding is from a 100%cotton t-shirt material and guarantees a comfortable sleep. These 2 rooms share an en-suite. A coffee shop on the property offers breakfast and might lunches as an optional extra. In-room amenities for you to enjoy. (This is not a selfcatering unit unfortunately.)

Waterval Eco Farmstay - Entire facility

Waterval Eco Farmstay, at the mouth of Seweweekspoort, is a pristine national heritage site, and a perfect getaway location – escape even. A variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, trail running and nature walks, will introduce you to the unique flora and fauna of the Klein Karoo. The farm operates on conservation and recycling principles, and is disabled friendly. Desmond as the host stays on the property permanently in his own room and his 5 friendly dogs.

This historic Cape farmhouse has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is ideal for family getaways and groups of friends looking to settle into a homely environment on a private farm with river swimming, horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, birding and more available on your doorstep. The property is entirely off grid - solar powered electricity and gas water heating make for comfortable living with an almost zero carbon footprint. Dogs are welcome.

Farmhouse Straussennest Oudtshoorn

Our ostrich nest is an active ostrich farm about 25 km from Oudtshoorn. You'll love my place because we take a tour to our ostriches here for our house guests. Experience the ostriches up close!!! We do not offer ostrich riding for ANIMAL welfare reasons. The tour starts at 4 pm , 90 minutes and ONLY in German . Experience a barbecue evening(Braai) and the incredible starry sky. My place is suitable for couples and families (with children).

Our well known Hartsgoed Coffee & Gift Shop on the premises serves Bootlegger Coffee and delicious home made breakfast and lunch. Dinner van be ordered by 16:00 to enjoy at your unit.

All materials are custom made or antiques and all linen is only of the purest cotton, goose down and hand selected items. We also offer braai facilities with free wood.
